Poor customer service! Rahshan was very impatient about me looking for a coupon code through my email even know I'm VIP member and it shows in the system. He was puffing and huffing the whole time. In addition, I brought in a pair shoes to return and I was picking up another pair that I had ordered online. He was pretty annoyed with me because I was doing multiple transactions.

So I was hired for a temporary position but they never called me for a shift nor answer their phones thats the tip of things that discourage anyone alot hopefully they dont do that to anyone else

I think Evelin from the earlier review was talking about Rahshan, and I also had a horrible experience with him. He's an older black male with glasses. I bought shoes (work loafers) on a Saturday and tried to return them the next day (Sunday). He took one look at my shoes and told me that I wore them -when I never did. I bought the shoes on Saturday not noticing the shoes had wear on the heel until he pointed it out. When I told him this, he said they never sell shoes in this condition and was adamant that I go find another pair that they were selling in this condition. After, respectfully, telling him I do not agree with his assumption he told me it is store policy to not accept returns if worn shoes. I asked him to show me the policy, and he told me to look it up on my phone. He scoffed at me and addressed the customer behind me while I was still standing there surprised. I told him he was being disrespectful, and simply glazed over my statement by saying he's "just smiling" and "giving good customer service". Before leaving, I asked for his name and he yelled it at me and told me to leave the store. I called customer service and submitted a complaint against him, yet, I doubt any action will be taken. I am utterly appalled by this type of service, and will never find myself in a DSW ever again if this is the type of people they pride themselves in hiring.

I was struggling to find a decent pair of shoes but was able to finally find one here. Sadly, I then had to wait nearly as long before there was a free register despite having multiple staff members who didn't seem to be doing much.

I just went shopping here and there is this older male associate who made me and my daughters feel unwelcome. He rolled his eyes and had this look of repulsion on his face as we browsed the store. DSW offer more customer service training for your employees. Perhaps this person would also rethink their job choice if they are that miserable.

This location is conveniently located in the heart of the City Of laurel. It’s next to frequently shopped stores and restaurants. They have a great selection of shoes for men, women, and children, and accessories in the front by the cash registers.

I always like to acknowledge outstanding customer service. Came in today to pick up online order but once trying them on I realize they were not the perfect fit. Ericka assisted me in finding the best shoe for my needs. I really appreciated that!
