We had to use them a couple of times when our dryer broke and they were incredibly easy and stress-free to use. Put clothes out on the front step one day and they come back cleaned and folded the next day!

Sadly, my company has been using easy wash and fold for close to 3 years now, and they've really gown downhill. We provide luxury services and our sheets keep coming back super wrinkled, even after speaking to someone twice, it hasn't changed. We realize you can't get them back perfectly pressed as they do need to be folded, but they look like they have been left in the dryer for days and just folded and given back to us. Too expensive to not take more pride in their services.

I used this service about 4-5 times. Always an issue. Most recently they picked up two full bags of laundry on May 15th. The same laundry that normally cost about $75 cost $42. They kept half of my laundry! I called 3-4 times, sent messages and no call back from anyone. I am livid. My granddaughter's clothes are gone. Never use this service. Use Happy Nest of Laundry City

My entire white load of laundry came back yellowed! (Socks, shirts, dresses and pants) There were a few pieces of clothing that were brand new, never worn before, bright white clothing and I received them back off-white yellow/brownish.I don't know if they don't sort laundry like they say they do or used the wrong products but I pre sorted all the whites, darks, and colors. so there's no reason to have received yellow stained clothing.However my dark and color clothes came back smelling amazing, clean and folded neatly

Easy Wash and Fold is so great! Until I moved away, they picked up my laundry at home every 2 weeks promptly for years. Always delivered back on time, perfectly washed and folded! For years they took great care of my laundry. Also, the price is a great value, and everyone working there is professional. You can't beat it.

We used this service when our dryer broke and it was amazing. The clothes, towels, and sheets were picked up and returned the following day so nicely folded and laundered. We kind of wish our dryer was never repaired. Highly recommend.
