My son ordered me an arrangement for my 47th birthday and I was excited to receive it. However, the fruit was bitter and the pineapples taste as if they used the core because they were hard to the point I could not chew them. I reached out to the store manager (Sara or Sharon I apologize if I forgot your name) but she was very pleasant and listened to my concerns. In addition, she had another platter sent out to me to rectify the situation. I appreciate her for doing that! I’m always willing to give an establishment another chance before I bash them on reviews.Nakia

Not sure why this location is open, been in twice. Empty fridge with nothing to purchase and told "we're closed"... during open hours. So what's the point?

This is the first and last time i would ever use edible arrangements. I told the young lady who took the order to not mention who paid for the purchase as it was a surprise and I was doing a friend a favor. I also told this to the driver who called me and told me he was on the way....the driver kept talking over me but I explained to him that my name was not to be mentioned. What does he do......he mentions my friend who name is in the card and then mentions me who paid for them. Are you kidding!!!! Dude you have to learn to follow directions and not talk over people. What makes it worst i did this from out of state as a favor. You guys really know how to ruin an occasion.

Arrangement looked ok, but the fruit wasn't ripe enough. Hard and tasteless melons, apples, and berries. Idk if I'll go back to this location.

This is the very worst location we've ever used. I don't understand...Edible Arrangements usual to be an amazing business and a great gift. But now they're terrible.Husband paid for delivery of fruit to me and it arrived 2 days late with no apology, discount, or acknowledgement at all.

I called to say I'll come by before closing and get there to only see they closed early. The door aay 630, online says 5pm...I got there at 445 and the lights were off. I called the following day and guess what...1030am and still no one is there is answer the line. Called central customer service and there's nothing they can do. Horrible customer service ? ?

I ordered an arrangement for my girlfriend for the passing of her sister. The order was correct and the delivery was timely. Special shoutout to the delivery person (I believe she said his name was Michael, an older gentleman who had made a delivery to her the day prior). My dissatisfaction was with the floral arrangement that accompanied the edible. It was in poor taste, nothing like what was pictures online. I was so embarrassed to have sent such a "poor" arrangement. I would have been better off getting some flowers from the grocery store. I know that is not your specialty but please, please, please do better in that area! At least add some color to the arrangement.

SUSAN & MARGARET ARE AWESOME!!!!! They were very polite, knowledgeable & professional. My arrangement was delivered in her timely fashion. I was told the arrangement was PERFECT! Susan & Margaret help me put the BIGGEST SMILE on someone's face. THANKS SUSAN & MARGARET!!!!

First is was taylor then she changed her name to ellen. cuatomer service was so bad and she was rude when i asked about the serving sizes. And to top it off my canatlops were all spoiled. do not order from here

These people are so personable! The arrangement I ordered was beautiful. I mistakenly sent it to my mother when she was out of town. They let me know, brought a new one to her when she came back, and didn’t even charge me twice. How kind!

Just tried to place an order by phone. The first person who waited on me was brand new and very slow, although polite. Halfway through, she told me she had to wait on a customer in the store and was going to transfer me to someone else. Already a bad sign. Then the person to whom I was transferred did not understand what I wanted: a delivery of fruit that is not dipped in anything. She accused me of confusing dipped and non-dipped fruit, whereas I was clear from the start with both employees that I didn't want anything dipped. When I asked to speak with the store manager, I was told he was busy, of course. When I asked to cancel the order, the young chick was rude to me. I hung up on her. Thank goodness I hadn't given my credit card number yet!!

I just want to say Peter hired an AWESOME guy named Hector. I typically do not leave reviews, but wanted to personally commend Hector on a fabulous job. Being a relatively new hire, Hector was very personable, and professional, in making sure the customer was in the loop with a delivery. And although it took two days to deliver (recipient wasn't home the first attempt), Hector treated each delivery with care and pride. Thank you Hector, I truly appreciate your great customer service - which is sometimes hard to come by these days. Great job!
