“I normally hate going to electronic repair places, and distrust the mall - stall ones even less. However, this place was quick, friendly, communicative (called me twice at normal times to update me on my repair timeline), and fairly priced (about 220 for a broken laptop screen). Karen in particular was fantastic and I will absolutely be coming back if I need electronics serviced again.”

“I needed a faster laptop for my new job, but I didn't want to spend money buying a new one. I took a laptop I had laying around for years, I couldn't remember the password to get in it, so I took it to DSR Inc., and Brandon was the Tech who serviced me. He was able to get in the laptop, put in a new battery and increase the RAM to 16. He got it work ready and finished the job in a few days (waiting for the battery to come in). He was very helpful and patient explaining everything to me. This is the second laptop I've taken to DSR to fix and I've been extremely satisfied both times. They are fair priced and do quality work. The service I received from Brandon was very friendly and helpful. I'll be going back to DSR for all my laptop needs. “Samsung z Fold 2 outer screen finally blacked out completely. Inner display broke a while ago. They repaired both and the back. Different shop forgot a bracket for outer LCD connector when they swapped it years ago. Will be back to fix stick drift on a ps5 controller.”
