My truck had 8 year old tires on it since the miles are so low for its year. I knew I wanted newer and larger ones as well as new wheels. I was recommended to go here by a friend who owns several exotic cars and I’m very glad I did. Even as a dealer technician myself I did not trust myself to install these tires onto brand new wheel assemblies without marring them during the mounting and balancing process. Chris was very accommodating and let me drop off my own tires, sensors, center caps, and wheels. He had it done surprisingly quickly and there was NO DAMAGE done to any of my property. It is increasingly hard to find someone with attention to detail especially with modern automotive repair and maintenance. His talented personnel were also able to ceramic coat the wheels and the center caps so foreign matter doesn’t stick to them and they are easy to clean. Chris also helped me load up the new wheels and tires into my other truck when I picked them up. I am very pleased with how they look on my garage kept 2016 Denali HD the “museum piece”. I would absolutely recommend Elite Auto!

communicated with them trying to arrange an appointment and they kept blowing me off and not getting back to me. finally after a week of bugging them and them promising to get me an answer they offered walkups on Saturday. so what do I do? arrange to get there on a Saturday and they say they already have "appointments" for the walk ups.
incredibly unprofessional. look somewhere else unless you want to be jerked around endlessly. I had a car detailed here before and won't go back now.

On a trip from NY to NC, check battery light came on. It was late afternoon on a Saturday. Pulled into first gas station I could find but their repair shop was closed. Asked someone who was there buying gas and he highly recommended Elite "down the street". Caught Chris as he was wrapping up for the day. After listening to our dilemma, he himself immediately started looking at my 18 year old car (no fancy import like the ones in his garage). He sent one of his guys to buy an alternator. He and his mechanics worked together to replace it, cleaned all the connections, road tested the car, handed me the receipt for the alternator (no upcharge) and charged me a more than reasonable price for the labor. He could have charged me triple that day, given that I had no choice, but he treated us like we were his best friends who needed help on a late Saturday afternoon. A big thank you to Chris and his mechanics who got us back on the road that day.

I was quoted around the dmv area 700 to 1000 dollars to install coilovers on my car then i guess he misunderstood me and did the service and asked me to pay him 1730$ i told him thats a ridiculous price and to put it back to stock if he wants. He worked a maximum of 4 or 5 hours on the car and charges more then the coilovers (bc racing). That comes out to $300 an hour. I never heard of someone trying to charge that much before and ive been in the car game for years. Also my alignment was messed up and the steering was crooked from day one out of their and the extensions were not installed and the coilovers wrench he kept both the wrench and extensions are preventing me from making adjustments but ill spend the extra money and buy the parts i need and suggest to go somewhere more reasonable.
