The employee who helped me could care less about his job or helping me out. It seemed like an inconvenience to him that I had to look up my insurance information on my phone. When I arrived, the employee upgraded my car to a bigger one, then he downgrade me to a micro sized car (telling me that's what I ordered when I did not), then had me sit for 10 minutes while the micro size car got cleaned (never did), then his colleague finally stepped in and said I should not have to wait and gave me the larger car after all. They acted like they did me a favor after wasting my time. Go to Columbia instead. This Laurel location is a joke and one of the employees is seriously unprofessional.

So I've rented from Washington Boulevard before and always it's been positive but this particular time I actually have some car issues I wasn't even going to bring it up but Upon returning the car he asked me how was the vehicle so I told him he listened intermediately did right by me by taking off one of my rental day cost totally awesome and I greatly appreciate it I'll definitely recommend them

I received a dirty car during the Memorial Day weekend. I had to clean the inside and outside of the vehicle at a car wash. I spoke to the enterprise customer service, who told me they would look into it within seven business days. It's been almost two months, and I did not hear back. I have used Enterprise for years, and this was an unpleasant experience.

I made a reservation one week in advance to leave at 7:30am on a Friday. I get a call at 1pm on Thursday (the day before) to tell me that there is no car available for me. THANKFULLY I was not working that day so I could quickly find another car elsewhere otherwise the knock-on effect of this would have been disastrous. And then at 4pm (3 hours later) I got another call from a different person telling me the exact same news. No communication between staff. Perhaps overbooking their cars, too. It all ended well in the end because i found a cheap car from another store but I was not happy since I made the reservation well in advance.

The car we rented was in a previous accident and we were not told about it. We were informed by them that the hubcap was lost in a car wash. But when the front fender was coming off and a mechanic said that it had happened before we got the car and that it had been in an accident. We are now being charged for it and it was reported to our insurance. We now have to wait three hours for an available car. My mother is 77 years old and they are trying to take advantage of her.

You can make as many reservations as you want, but they won't have the car you ordered let alone ANY cars once you get there. Ridiculous business plan.
