My worst experience with this lady Marta the manager terrible service…I had an reservation when I check in they didn’t have the car I want
I took a different option for more money
And after that they cancelled because their system don’t you can’t tap your card and they won’t allow you to pay with debit card

Booked a reservation online for my dad on Wednesday night. Got confirmation through email. Went to pick up the car this morning and there were no available cars. The agent stated they tried to call to let us know they did not have cars. I put in my dad's number incorrectly (my mistake). But the point still stands that there were no cars. And you could have also sent an email if you didn't get anyone on the phone. Enterprise needs a better system, I should not be allowed to book a car if there are no cars available. I asked if she could see other Enterprises and I was met with "there are no cars." But did you even check? There was no remorse at all. There were no solutions offered either. Not even "if there is a car that gets returned today, would you like me to inform you?" Literally no help at all. If you are in customer service, there should be a want to help the customer, understand their frustration. I do not want to talk to a brick wall even if there is nothing to be done. Now we have to resort to other ways for my father to get to his destination. Thanks alot.

I was given a DIRTY car with a hazardous crack in the windshield. I was told I would be given a call when another vehicle was turned in but I was never called. I would not rent another car from this location.

Open on Sunday (a big advantage), service was quick, efficient. Personnel were extremely courteous. Rented auto was clean, smoke-free, noechanical problems.

What's the point of putting in a reservation for a class of vehicle, and the branch calling to confirm your reservation if they aren't going to have the vehicle you booked available when you arrive?
The young man who checked me in unknowningly attempted to charge me the same fee even though they didn't have the car class I needed. The manager did step in to reduce the bill to fit the class vehicle they had available. Forunately we were able to make the vehicle they had work for our trip and it was clean. Jake was also very helpful during the return process. Overall the branch staff were friendly and professional. I would rent from this branch again.

The online reservation and the vehicle condition was great. The pick up process could be improved. Lack of employees/short staffed cause the delay in being attended to. Phone etiquette (was holding for 38+ mins see pic below.) definitely needs to be improved. Return and check out was excellent. Kudos to Angel.

I booked a reservation for a car and went to pick it up and was told nothing is available. The website says not to call ahead of pick up to confirm… which obviously i should have done. Enterprise needs to have a better system for reservations.

Easy to book and return. I did not have any issues. I was worried about the return since it was after hours, but the manager called me the next day and told me everything was good. I appreciate the phone call.

Very nice experience. Got a mini van, instead of a midsize suv. The salesman did not know how to use the plug in hybrid. Overall the car was good.

This is the best car rental place I’ve ever been too. Victor . E checked me in and I went on my trip. I then came back same customer service . Kind respectful , helpful easy smooth process. Look no further when you need a car rental. Trustworthy and reliable nice team here.
