Omg! Jessica at college park was a fill in for today and far beyond helpful on my storage journey she was able to connect me with Rachel at fort meade location the pricing is very affordable very comfortable location. Rachel was awesome. She explained the different pricing and showed me the unit that I inquired about. Everything went smoothly. The complex, the hallways, and the unit still smells and looks new, which was a BIG plus. She stated that they had been there since approximately 2005. It looks amazingly kept up like opening day. The move-in process was as simple as could be. After reserving my space online, I received a text with my unit number and gate code. I drove to the storage location, entered through the gate, found my unit and moved in. I had my own lock so I was able to get a refund on the $20 lock that is automatically added when you register online.
