Terrible car wash experience as indicated by others in the reviews, my car still looks dirty and looks as if the water didn’t touch it. Not sure if car wash soap and others are not installed in adequate or the machine issue. phone numbers don’t work, had to shell out another $18 to actually get my car washed at another station to remove road salt. Good location, sad service.

TERRIBLE! I paid for a $13 gold car wash. I went back to request another car wash since my car still looks dirty and looks as if the water didn’t touch it. The young lady was practically laughing and said there was nothing wrong with their car wash and there was nothing she could do. She even called a manager and asked when was the last time I washed my car? They have NO understanding of customer service! Do not waste your money.

Car wash is bad! Staff refused to allow a second trip through stating that my car was too dirty. That’s why it didn’t come clean. I went to Columbia car wash, paid less and my car looks great! Don’t waste your money here!

Tried to get gas @ 0100 on 11/14 & the doors were locked, but lights & TV on, a vehicle outside (presume the worker) but no one around thus forcing me to pay the higher price which was ridiculously high. We were traveling, so had no option since on "E".There is no "0" rating otherwise would have left.STOP advertising as a "fully" open 24/7 place if your not.

Gas is consistently over priced by 25 to 50 cents a gallon compared to gas stations in the surrounding area.

I was quickly reminded why I don't go here. Not only is the gas expensive, but the pump requires you to go inside to the cashier to pay first. Maybe post signs to let people know so they dont have to try several times?? The cashier was not very customer-friendly. This is my reminder to head to the BP in Maple Lawn.
