I dropped off my box for a return. The clerk was helpful, the process was easy. I appreciate the convenience even though pickup is on weekdays. Great service. I'll be back!

Horrible experience at FedEx Laurel — discriminatory, biased, and completely unprofessional.
On July 2nd, I spent over $100 printing nonprofit documents, only to later discover they were cut off and unusable. When I returned the next day, on July 3rd, to explain, a kind black male staff member agreed to reprint them as a courtesy. He asked me to email them over & requested his female colleague to print them — after she printing them, she said the cost was $133.
I calmly explained the situation again & mentioned that the black male worker mentioned that they'd print them as a courtesy since I had already paid over $100.
Kiara, the manager (African American female), came out with a nasty attitude, refused to look at my receipts, I politely explained the situation again but she showed no empathy, no accountability — just cold, dismissive behavior - said even if the documents had already been printed, I had to pay again or else she'd shred them.
While there, I also witnessed another employee (sadly to say that she was another African American female worker)
harshly berating an African man, speaking to him in a tone that was disrespectful, biased, and completely uncalled for. The culture in this location is clearly toxic and discriminatory.
As I walked out, stunned by the experience, Kiara sarcastically told me to “have a good day.” Disgraceful!
I went to Staples across the street, where they were professional, courteous, and charged only $30 for the same job — and even reprinted a page for free when the color was off.
FedEx must address the toxic culture at this location & hold Kiara accountable. No customer — especially loyal ones — should ever be treated with such bias and disrespect.
Needless to say, I'll not visit or spend my money at this location again!

I arrived in the store 2 minutes before closing and was kindly assisted throughout the entire process. I balked at the thought of having to purchase boxes but that had nothing to do with the exceptional customer I received. My son and I will be back! Thank you “Mr. Gray.”

I came in right before closing, and received a polite greeting with world class customer service. I unfortunately forgot the gentleman 's name that was helping me. I came in at 7:45 pm on the 6th. A refrigerated package was undeliverable to my address. This package is critical to my college externship. I just want to say, thank you!

I’m glad I went to another FedEx. The lady at the counter was charging me $300 shipping within the US….?!?? I didn’t understand why it cost so much — the shipping was costing more than the gift/item itself. I asked her 3 times if it was $300 and why and she said yes because of the box. Mind you it only weighted 9lbs. I also asked her if it was the standard price and she said yes. I left and went to another FedEx and they charged me less than $45 which included the packaging box I needed to purchase. I do not understand what math they are doing in the other FedEx place that was about to charge me $300… but hopefully they get their numbers correct.

Dealt with an employee who made rude remarks to me. I complained about the attitude and she said she wasn’t being rude at all and then continued to make rude remarks and told me to fill out a form another print and ship center told me I didn’t need. The gaslighting was unnecessary. I was so upset I took my package to the Columbia branch which helped me resolve the issue quickly.

This location is closer to my house but I loath going here because of the rude employees. The columbia location off Dobin is so much better. At Laurel they have a self service drop off system that they want you to use for prepaid label even if your package is too big to hit the fixed scanner.
On my last trip the young lady was upset she had to fix the printer because I wanted the receipt to show my package was dropped off.
The people at Laurel’s FedEx need some CS training bad.
