hours on google and in their email information is incorrect. says they close at 8pm online but they actually close at 7pm

My son and I were shopping for shoes for him and we were greeted immediately very warmly. Deon helped my son try his shoes on, even went over different features of them and assured him he made the right choice. Ibti was also very kind and got us checked out and on our way all while being super pleasant to interact with. Thanks for making this a nice experience!

Me and my sister went there to buy shoes for both of us so we start looking around I liked something and asked one of the staff to help me and she did . my sister also liked one of the shoe that was in the self which didn’t have the other pair and asked one of the lady to help her she came to help rolling her eyes like she didn’t like seeing us she somehow got the other pair .we wanted to try and see how it looked asked for both pair together she she rudely tells us that we are not allowed to try both the pair and took the box and the shoes away from us . We didn’t know what to do at this point so took it to the register and I went to check out then again she asked rudely “ who helped you “ I said I don’t remember sorry then she goes again nodding her head like she is very disappointed of the answer . She again starts yelling at the other staff members if anyone helped her and kept looking at us like we did something wrong and kept nodding her head . She made us feel very uncomfortable the whole time we ended up buying the shoe . This is not my first time going there the guy was very helpful but the lady she make you feel like you asking it for free and she got nothing to do with that …

Very Rude. DID NOT LET ME CLOSE THE DOOR WHEN trying on clothes/CHANGING. * I came into this store today to purchase some shorts and a couple T-shirts. I found what I was looking for and was ready to go Try the clothes on. Once I went to the changing room the door was fixed open with several boxes. Mind you the store was filled with employees and customers. I asked if I could simply close the door and stated. “That’s not necessary”. Really y’all ? So I am just expected to change in front of the entire store? When I further asked for clarification, they again double down, and said “ we don’t feel it’s necessary for you to close the door”

Plain out Rude all the way around! The lady had/has a Stank attitude and Definitely should Not be in customer service. This is the location in Laurel, MD off rt 1. The man also came with the shoes amd disappeared so I left. Get some new people that like what they do! I will not spend my money with people who are rude and nasty!

A super bad service this April 14, 2024, the store was empty, it was just my brother and I and we started looking for shirts to buy, obviously we have to see them to see if we like it to be able to buy and an employee arrived saying that we were not messing up the shirts. shirts and after we were going to pay the only 2 employees were talking about us and they didn't help us pay. I really don't understand how you can see such miserable people in their very unprofessional jobs...... very bad service

If I can’t give a zero to this store I will, i when today to the store and i call someone to shoewme some shoes but instead they were on the phone and not helping me out so i ask for help and a lady show in and came in with a big actitud like she was bother to be call, i was not asking her for money, i get disappointed because i came out to get something and instead they treated me bad, after all that I completely want to leave that store and told her I don’t want anything so she said with a bad actitud well I don’t care one less to serve more time to save, this is ridiculous to see on that store her name is Thestiny or something like that, I been in the store before and everything been so good

I made a purchase from this store because the "other shoe store" across the street doesn't understand "customer service" enough for me to spend my money there. I was greeted with a hello and how my I help you? Nike Goadome, black, size 9.5 please. He disappeared and promptly returned with my shoe of choice. I said "I dont mean to trouble you, but could you also bring me another 9.5 in the blue too, They're on sale." Again he disappeared and promptly returned with my shoe. Check out was easy, got my military discount and left happy with my purchase. Whoever the manager is, please continue to train your staff on customer service" because it's working. Just by saying hello and how may I help you, I was mentally thinking "take my money" you earned that s#!+. :-)

I had purchased a sneaker for my toddler but it was small wanted to exchange, called the store multiple times but no answer decided to visit the store upon entering there was no employee in sight waited for about 15 minutes just to find out they don't have the sneaker in stock even tho online says they do. Note the sneaker was purchased at another location.

They must my order up couldn’t find it. Had me waiting in there about 30 minutes just to tell me one of them shipped it out and didn’t know it worse experience ever never get your order shipped to them and then get mad cause they must my order up lucky I didn’t spaz out

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.I walked in on a mid-day with my, soon to be 2 year old, son to get him some shoes for his birthday. I was the only customer in the store and there were 3 employees in there. Not a single person greeted or acknowledged me. Strike one for me.I grabbed two different shoes that I wanted to purchase. All three employees walked past me without asking can I help you or anything. Soon as this women walked in they swarmed her and she didn't buy anything. I'm still there with both pair of shoes they continued to walk pass me and talked amongst themselves. I put the shoes down and left.
