I am completely satisfied with my Fred Frederick CDJR test drive and buying experience. From the kind and attentive professionalism and sharing of vehicle knowledge from my Salesman, Amadou Sow, the low-pressure and respectful approach of Sales Manager, Mark Melvin, the jovial banter with the Service Manager on-duty and Service Technician, the rapid procurement and installation of my needed side steps, all the way to the definitive one-on-one support and firm handshake of Owner, Craig Frederick, you name it, they did it right. I respect and appreciate you and I love my new truck. Thank you all.
P.S. To any potential customers reading this review, I have no affiliation with this dealership beyond that of my recent purchase. They legit treated me right. I wouldn’t have “put pen to paper” if they hadn’t.

Sent my Jeep GC here for major mechanical repairs. Was treated with respect, staff communicated well, and addressed all of my concerns. Repairs were made under budget and in a reasonable amount of time. Brent is a fantastic service manager - appreciate the team's work to get me back up and running as fast as possible. Would come back! A+++

I went to see a vehicle that I saw on your website, and the same day they approved my credit and everything related to the vehicle, in a couple of hours I was driving my new SUV. Jim Boratenski attended me and although I did not understand the terms of the vehicles, he let me know easily.
Thanks to Jim and the whole team of this prestigious company, I recommend it 1000% Thank you to everyone. And if in the future I would buy another vehicle, I am sure that I will do it with you!

I have been here a few times. I purchased my new Wagoneer from them and most recently went there for a routine service. Every time I go I am impressed with how personable the team is. They are always able to assist me with any questions and truly make me feel welcomed. I certainly recommend this location to everyone!!!

I am writing this review for Fred Frederick's Body Shop. I work at a location where there is a constant need for auto repairs. When I send a vehicle to Fred Frederick, they immediately work on the car, and the turn around time is excellent. They repaired a car that was sitting for over a year, and made it look like it came from the show room floor. I would let them work on my own personal vehicle anytime. Fred & Chris are the best to work with, and their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know, and to all my business colleagues.
I am never going to another repair shop again....always Fred Frederick!!!!! If I could rate them from 1-10, it would be a 10++ every time!!!!

Fred Fredricks is a family owned and operated company that recognizes the importance of customer service from start to finish. From the first phone call inquiring about the vehicle we were interested in to signing for our brand new car, we were treated with patience, understanding and respect. Our time at the dealership was filled with great conversation and several laughs -making connections through mutual interests and common ground. The secret to great customer service is making your customers feel like new friends instead of monthly quotas. The owner, Craig, goes above and beyond for his customers and he employees individuals who also do the same. From the moment we met Jim- our sales associate, to Mark the sales manager and Brent and Charlie in the service department it was clear that Fred Fredricks only employs people who exemplify their very high customer service standards. Kelvin was super courteous and followed up with all the details of the purchase. A great price and i appreciate how flexible the management was when i switched vehicles during the process.
My van was perfectly detailed and had a full tank of gas as well.
I'll be back in 5 years for my next van!

My wife has taken our van in a couple times and to say they overcharge is an understatement. These crooks charge 185 an hour for labor. 277.50 line item for start/stop light on.
Please do not give them business, we’re changing to a new garage for our cars. You cannot trust them.
