When I rented this place I had mentioned about another storage place leaving the secured gate open, I rented from this place and out of 30 days I only had to use my code 'maybe' 4 times because all the other times the gate was wild open even 3am, I gave notice to move and of course that day a guy is fixing the lock , he asked if I was moving out I said yes, he said the lock had been broken well with everyone's belongings in there they should of had that gate fixed within 2-4 days not 27days later.
