Alfredo is great. He put in a new engine and the car is running fine. He was also very patient with the high maintenance people from Car Shield.
Alfredo is great when it comes to Customer Service. He had the foresight to suggest an oil change after only 500 miles so he could check the engine he just installed. That proactive approach made me feel valued and taken care of. Service, with expertise and attention to detail, Genesis, is top notch all the way.

Staff is great. Won't be returning to this shop. They did fanstic work on my truck. I had a problem with the truck. I bought it in they did my injectors. That work was good same problem . So I return the truck. I told them take their time with the truck. A week later they said nothing was wrong with my truck. I went to another mechanic and got it fix.

I needed a wheel alignment and body work done on my 2015 Acura. Alfredo did an excellent job on the body work and Kevin did a great job on the wheel alignment. My car drives well and looks great. I would recommend Genesis Auto and repair if and when you need your vehicle repaired or serviced.

Alfredo really know how to take care of their customer. We came in with a locked engine and he not only gave me a good price he found me 1 under 80k miles.

This was one of the most professional auto shops I've been in. From the front desk attendees to the own Mr. Alfredo himself everyone here was a pleasure to work with. I had to replace the water pump in my 2018 Ford Explorer XLT. They made sure I was informed on every step on the process from start to finish. Mr. Alfredo even washed bird drooping off my truck. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a FIVE Star experience, I recommend highly.
