This venue is absolutely gorgeous!! It’s very elegant and very spacious. Even the bathrooms are worth a mini photoshoot . The kitchens are well stocked for your caterer and having an ice maker available in each is super convenient. The bridal suites are very elegant and a nice refugee when you need to get away as a host. They offer full service if you need it (ie: provide in- house catering and other services, can rent you the tablecloths, decor, etc) but also are flexible for a la carte items you may need or giving you the ability to bring in outside items like VIP furniture to make your event a success.
Everything including contract terms, rules, Do’s and Don’ts were clearly laid out, highlighted, and explained well during your site visit and within the documents and online portal they give you access to once you sign a contact. So there are no surprises if you read through everything . They even give you a list of preferred vendors which is helpful as these businesses are already familiar with everything . The owner Natasha, office coordinator Ishia, and all staff I communicated and dealt with were very professional, cordial, easy to work with , patient with any changes, and did all they could to help. Parking was not an issue at all and you are told to tell your guests to listen to the venue’s parking attendants and to advise your guests of the one area where not to park . So , we had no issues at all. I highly recommend and have referred several people to this venue!

BE VERY AWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK ANY EVENT! THE OWNER NATASHA WILL NOT TELL YOU BUT PARKING IS LIMITED AND VEHICLES ARE GETTING TOWED @ $390 PER CAR!! YOU CAN NOT PARK ANYWHERE NEAR OR AT 9385 WASHINGTON BLVD N! (SELLYOURCARHERE) BUILDING. IT IS A TOW AWAY ZONE! Natasha only cares about collecting the event money. She DONT care about her guest!!!!
HER BUSINESS PARKING LOT ONLY HOLDS MAYBE 50 CARS!!!! DONT GET TOWED! SHE WONT
REIMBURSE YOU!!!!

Don’t book this venue!!!! I booked my wedding a year ahead with them and 3 month later, we lost an important family member and decided not to do the wedding party anymore. Just sign a court paper. Then I explained to this ppl with details and asked them if I can at least get half of my down payment which was around $2500. We asked them 9 Months prior to the booked date. They didn’t even feel a piece of sympathy for our situation. They denied our request and offered to get married another time within a year. I even asked if we can find them another person for the same day, can they refund our money, they said no. Such a scammer.

Fantastic party venue! It’s spacious and can accommodate a good number of guests. The designated bar area adds convenience for events. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available.

Attended a wedding here. The venue has a quite industrial and charmless feel to it. Felt more like a warehouse than a place for events.

Very nice and clean hall. I’ve been to several events here. My only issue is the lack of parking and that two events could be happening in the same proximity with limited parking.

The lighting is good, the service is good
The bad thing is the parking, there is no good control over the location of the parks.
