Was very worried about the outage of a prescription I’m taking. Called this Harris Teeter and they were helpful above and beyond. Super calm, reassuring, and thorough — shoutout Katrina :) looking forward to using this pharmacy more often

The Store itself is great! Always have what I need, store is clean and plenty of free parking. ?????However, The New Young Technicians in the Pharmacy need to be retrained. Their attitudes are horrible. Not to mention mishandling Prescriptions. ?

I always get such great service from the team here at Harris Teeter is has become my one pharmacy in fact its now my main place to go for all my prescription. The tram is so friendly warm and take great detail in the service and they do go the extra mile just because they seem like they take great pride and professionalism. If Harris Teeter was a person, I'd give it a hug! I love the fresh produce, the hard to find unique items. They sell a large amount of items for ppl with dietary restrictions. Gluten free, vegan, non dairy etc. They are always fully stocked and someone does a great job of "straight facing" the shelves! I used to work retail in high school . They usually have more than one cashier working and the self check out is always operable. This makes getting in and out of the store a plus! All in all, I love Harris Teeter and oh when they have good sales, they really are on items you would want to buy.

BUYER BEWARE.I understand it's Covid, raining New Year and their busy yet get your ACT honest. No need to be sorry or give an excuse. JUST BE FAIR.I home delivered items that was not in the drop off. On top of it the salmon fillet was less than 1 pounds. We have to drive there after 1 hour of the drop off to use their produce scale in store. We are right less than a pound. Then charged us 1.52 lbs for $$ ? We did not open the package till it was refunded and brought back home( they have/can't take back fresh seafood). Inside is this....stare at the image/price/weight/label. Tell you butcher area this is Salmon Steak and not fillet. Mistake but honest ? Luckily I did not open the package in front of the Customer Service counter that was no one in sight. I have to flag a cashier and was told they are busy ? Am I not a customer that just paid for your mistakes and need service ?...... One more thing. I was told he can't give me credits 'coz the items are not on hand to be rang ? I have to go get them and bring it to him ? Hello.....your standing in the CUSTOMER SERVICE counter ? Visibly upset.....HE END UP DOING IT WITH THRU RECEIPT (OBVIOUSLY CAN THE ITEM NUMBERS ARE THERE PRINTED) was that magic ? Not even a word from him. ( I know that ain't his fault..It's Harris Teeter Manger to train your employees well)..... Will never trust you again.....Store manager I know your off that day New Years DAY...EXPLAIN IF YOUR READING THIS ?Note...I took Salmon Fillet ? back home than going to waste but that ain't a compromise. It's Salmon Steak....that I did not hope to have. Sure you credited me back...what happened to my bag of sugar, frozen corn & bananas ? Ruin our New Year prep for lunch. My guest are staring at you....

One of my girlfriends raves about Harris Teeter so I figured I should give it a try. I came to this location on Saturday and bought a few things but I needed their store card. But when I went to the desk to sign up for the store card, there was no one there so I waited for about 5 minutes until a cashier called for the customer service rep to help me. This man, Anthony i believe his name was, came out of the office and hardly let me get a word out. He at least told me he would be right back but then ran back in the office and left me waiting another 5 minutes!! I left and I won't be returning. I don't know what my girlfriend sees in this store, maybe it's just this location.

Please read my first review and add that this store has gotten much worse. The people working there are clueless and RUDE. The cashier was very nice but s l o w as molasses. The check out is a place for fights as well. Ladies in front of me in line awhile got confused which way they needed to maneuver to check out, and had accidentally cut off the next line's patrons. FIGHT! In today's world if someone brings a gun who knows what will happen? Weirdly designed check out system. BAD BAD BAD!! Yes, their check out is very slow, confusing and poorly designed. Check out designers = IDIOTS. The items are priced higher than Giant and not labeled correctly nor of a great quality. Produce is where they cheat you in a big way. Yelper who stated better prices than Giant? HAHAHAHAHA. Not! What the heck do people see in this store I do not know. I had to purchase items for a home bound friend and returned here as a favor to her. Never ever will shop here for myself when I could save myself aggravation, headaches, FIGHTS, and $$$$$$! Skip Harris-Teeter you will be happier and richer!!!

I have a decent time finding the items that I need despite the high prices. However, every time I come in here, I notice that the employees look very sad. Also, the few times I have asked a manager for help, they weren't any help. I'm sure other customers notice this too. When lines are long, the managers are just standing around as the cashiers overwork themselves. It makes me wonder what kind of workplace this is. I work in HR so I tend to pay attention to things like this in the different stores I go in.

My experience with the floral department was amazing. The arrangement Anna put together was beautiful, after we had a vague conversation about what I liked/preferred for the arrangement she outdid my expectations. She made it happen flawlessly even despite my shabby description, 10/10 service, and my mom loved the arrangement.
