I've been to Hertz in multiple locations and states and this is the absolute worst Hertz I've ever been to. I've been to this location 3 times and had issues each time. The first two times my car wasn't ready and/ or had pricing issues and had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. This time I made the reservation for 2 hours ahead so it would be ready when I got there, and they sent it off for an oil change. There was again pricing issues and waited another 25 minutes before I finally left without a car. Is rather drive to another Hertz 40 minutes away than to go to this location right around the corner from me. Will never go back.

Renting a box truck for a move and I called a week ago to confirm and everything seemed fine until I came to pick and was told they never had trucks in 3 months!

Second time I have made a reservation at this location(my fault) only to be told they didn't have any cars when it came time to pick one up. Staff seemed surprised that not having any cars available might be a problem. I rent often and this rental location is the only one that can't figure out how to provide you with a car at the time you reserved it for. Staff just doesn't care about their jobs or customers.

I had an excellent experience at Hertz thanks to Dee! She is an outstanding employee who provided fast, friendly, and professional service. Dee was able to get me checked in and out quickly, making the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. Her efficiency and positive attitude really stood out, and I truly appreciate her help.

Made a reservation when arrived to pickup they told me they don’t have anything available for me and to wait until after my flight leaves… total joke also the person at the front desk has 0 customer service skills did not greet me as a walk in customer and asked me “whatchu want” then told me “idk what to tell you cause it’s not my problem you gonna just have to go somewhere else” thanks Laquisha you were stereotypically useless.

Are likely the reason this location runs poorly. This location is always dirty and disorganized. This place has no competent leadership from what I can tell just a group of people scrambling to rent cars that are never clean and smell like smoke. I suggest complaining officially to Hertz customer service.

This location really ruined Hertz reputation and Brady's ad as a #1 car rental based on my last reservation. I hope Hertz company will fire all the people at this location because I will never rent from this location again. I came at 8:15AM and there was already 3 people waiting because they just opened and their computers did not boot up. They asked me to sit down and waited like 10min for them to bring their reservation system up, and finally told me that they ran out of car, so they did not have a car for me even Hertz texted me the day before confirming my reservation. I was very upset and complained that my plan was ruined because did not have a car, they showed the attitude that I should not raise my voice and their reservation was not guaranteed and only if they have availability. Maybe they try to overbook? I am a Hertz gold member and only run into this issue at this location. What a crappy business and poor workers at this location.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCAL HERTZ (NOT ENOUGH CARS)
I had called Hertz a few days prior on short notice (booked on the 20th for the 23rd) and I booked for a one way. I should have had an idea that this request on the weekend before a holiday would not be able to go through however, this was my first time booking a rental car so I have no prior experience. So I reserved a car (so I thought) and received several emails and texts messages confirming and reminding me of my upcoming reservation. On the day of my reservation, I took 2 buses and travelled two hours to the Hertz on Laurel to pick up my car and head home. However, when I got there I gave the woman working my name and she immediately told me she probably wouldn’t be able to get me a car. Naive, I sat and waited to be told more details but only heard conversations between employees about my request and basically how obscene it was. At this point I still was not told anything and just chose to sit down and wait for a direct answer. Finally, one of the women working told me quietly I would not be able to get a car because they didn’t have enough to service my request. The reason why my rating is so low is because I was not able to get a car and also because I feel like this could have easily been addressed via phone call, text message, or email hour or even days prior to me traveling all the way to the rental place. I am beyond frustrated and will never book with this Hertz EVER again. 0/10 experience

we had a marvelous customer service experience when we visited this rental office, the representative was exceptional in her care of us
Mariah addressed all of our needs and took great care of my mother in law .
