Advertise bikes online for a lower price, but when you're contacted the processing fees and other junk they take on increase the price of a $7,000 bike by over $2000. Also refused to send an invoice so I can review what I'm being charged for. Typical Baltimore type business.

Great shop and good prices. Staff is very friendly. Service is very timely.Only knocking a star as I came for an inspection on my bike, was told the cost of the service, but upon time to pay I was informed that my chain was also cleaned at a cost of $50 without asking me if I was ok with this additional service/cost.

Knowledgeable, honest, and down-to-earth. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Jenny and Will, who are absolutely fantastic.I was interested in an HJC helmet and was directed to their shop as a local retailer. The selection is great but even better was the customer service. It’s nice to be able to walk into a in-person, mom ‘n pop store and get friendly personalized attention. As a new prospective rider, Ms. Jenny guided me to exactly what I was looking for expediently and kindly. She promptly called headquarters to confirm that the helmet I wanted was available in my size. She was able to order the helmet with no additional shipping/handling fees.Will helped us on the showroom side. He was not only an expert in every bike we inquired about but also super nice. It was genuinely enjoyable to chat about bikes and the history of the sport. Rather than being given a sales pitch, talking with Will was more like spending time with a cool and extremely well-versed new friend about motorcycles.The shop is military- and family-friendly (my three young boys were welcome) and has local roots (their first motorbike sold from 1964 is on display!). Highly recommend!

Stay far away. I had just purchased a new motorcycle, made an appointment to get it inspected with Heysers. After making me wait an hour after the scheduled time, they tell me the mechanics don't have time and are behind on another project. My family and friends have been buying from them for over 20 years, just shows how they treat a good customer. there are plenty more examples of there inability to be a good dealer.

Ronnie is rude. Called to ask if 2023 mt07s were available because I was told in April they would release and instead was given condescending attitude. I can say I will not be buying from heyser cycle when dealerships do start having them in stock

I was in the market for a 2023 GSXR and had a seamless experience with Heyser Cycle. The staff is very friendly and personable. My salesperson, Ronnie, is the absolute man! He helped me get the bike loaded up and gave me some solid tips and pointers for riding in the area. If you're in the market or have any motorcycle needs, check these folks out.

I went there to look for a screw for my helmet. Dane in the accessories department looked for it extensively, through their counter, shelves, and even storage. He found two generic screws doing the work and gave me them for free. The second one was handed to me as a spare part even though I only needed one. I can't believe how nice Dane is. He resisted to not let me pay of it. The whole process took him at least 20 min. I appreciate it very much.
