Talked with Craig for over a week about a truck. Agreed we would buy it, sold my vehicle. Had a lot of people working hard on a loan for us, got everything settled and the day before we were to drive 4 hours to purchase the truck Craig called and said the owner says he needed to use the truck this weekend and doesn't want to sell it to us. Now I am without a vehicle with 2 small children and have to scramble to figure something else out. I am extremely distraught over this experience.

I spoke with owner beforehand. Stated he closed at 4. Came with cash in hand at 3:40pm. He would t even open the door. After I drove 2 hours to the establishment. So rude. Unprofessional. And just a jerk to be honest.

Hoffman Brother’s used cars is a great place to find a used car. From the first moment I spoke to Craig, he made everything pertaining to this transaction simple. I went on the website as he suggested, saw three cars I was interested in, met him at the lot to test drive and the next thing I know I have a nice Ford Focus, with low miles, MD inspected, and registered with hard tags.No need for me to haggle back and forth because the price was right.Thank you Craig for your professionalism, courtesy, and great customer service.

The owner appears to be friendly on the surface but not the most honest. We test drove a car and then called the next day to tell him we were coming to buy it. He told us he would hold it for us but when we got there an hour later were informed that he had sold it to someone else.

Craig is a very friendly and helpful guy. He lent us a car just before we bought it. After transaction He helped with all matters related to registration and insurance.At the end of our stay, he bought a car from us for good money.

they will offer $2000 for your car,poor customer service,sometimes noone picks up the phone,after you buy a car from them you have to do replace fluids and oils out of your pocket because i seen most of their cars with unchanged engine and trans oil,most of the time they dont return calls
