Went on vacation no dish washing or water activity. The nail polish lasted for 3 days. Very disappointed.

Made apt 2 weeks ago with Nathan I walkedcin and the manger was rude said wait until askedchowclong she said don't know wait. I had a lovely time. This was my first pedicure in quite awhile so it was a big job, but Tina was diligent, friendly, and kind. And my toes look fabulous.

Terrible customer service! I called and made appointment 2 weeks ago and i was 10 mins late! They denied me service saying i am late and they took a customer. As i am walking away to my car, shes says do u want to wait? No I don’t, u canceled me on my face, didn’t even start by saying can u wait few mins! I tried to book several other times, always booked! Good for them they have customers coming back, i tried 3 times and i am done trying. They need to work on their customer service with the service they provide!Service: Manicures

This place is AMAZE! Andy is professional patient funny and is great at his job. Haven't had a bad experience. One con for newbies, services are by appointment only, no walk-ins. Bookings go fast but get your appointment!

Haven't been able to write reviews because i've been so busy but I wanted to make sure I left a positive note on this business. I got my nails done here for my father's 70th birthday and they were on point with the reference photo!! So pleased with the way they turned out. I love that theres a wide variety of shades to choose from.

Tina is what is known as the truth! They are taking amazing pandemic precautions and stagger the appointments. This is the only place I feel safe going to. Tina takes her time makes my hands and feet look and feel human again!

K&Y staff were very clean and professional and both Andy & Tina have awesome customer service. They took my temperature as soon as I came in. They used safety and sanitary precautions, which made me feel at ease during this pandemic. I came here for the first time today and I am impressed! Tina took her time on my feet and ensured that I was comfortable with everything she did during my pedicure. She was friendly and personable as well! I would recommend this salon.. Better than most nail salons I’ve been to in Laurel. I will be back!

This salon is great! I get my nails done this morning and they did a great job! They worked fast but efficiently and they kept asking me to check to see if there was anything I'd like to change or be different. The staff is friendly too! I highly recommend.
