“Had an absolutely FABULOUS experience with Granix! Needed kitchen countertops replaced a new countertop for a wet bar. With a 1 year old at home, I wasn't sure it'd be possible to keep my sanity and get the countertops after speaking with other companies in the area as they all said they'd remove our countertops and install the new ones 10 DAYS LATER! With baby bottles and pump parts I didn't know if we could last 10 business days. A neighbor then recommended Granix and they were able to measure, perfectly, with our existing countertops still there, cut the new ones then remove the old and install the new on the same day. We are so so very pleased with the work and costumer service we received, Eylem and team were great.”

“The five stars are for my salesperson. Service would get a two-star. I bought a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher from Paul Walterhoefer 2 years ago. He helped me select appliances for my kitchen remodel. My review does not reflect my service experience. June 2025 my freezer started icing over. it also affected the refrigerator and started freezing produce and other items. I have had the service department out numerous times (at least 7 times) to replace many different parts and the last time they came out with a part that they replaced first it back in June. I called Paul very frustrated. he looked into the issue and the same day he got my refrigerator replaced. Paul cares about his customers even after the sale. Service text that came out could learn customer service from Paul.”
