I am yet to meet a more cruel technician in my life! This lady was shouting at my 2 year old for being scared of a needle.. Horrible woman and very mean,she walked out on my son and and refused to touch him

Terrible customer service, they don't even answer good mornings and they don't even have the professionalism to look you in the face, lack of professional ethics, they should change the staff because we pay for a service, it's not free, the least we deserve is respect and good attention.

Gave only 3 stars due to the front desk receptionist very unpleasant . Using foul language while talking to her co workers . A child was sitting in the lobby area. The other staff in the back talking so loud heard there conversation in the front lobby . Will not return to this location.
