This place is a joke. Came in at 10:30 and had an appointment at 11:00. My appointment was pushed back till 12:00 because the person who was to see me went to lunch. It’s now 12:30 and I still haven’t been seen. At this point i might as well go somewhere else. Never waited an hour plus just to get a drug screening. Having an appointment doesn’t even matter here.

It's unfortunate that I took my daughter to draw blood. She is a very imperative 4-year-old girl, she has a lot of strength!! I was assisted by a lady, I believe of Dominican origin, who only called the girl by her last name and did not say good morning or anything. When she started drawing blood, the girl started screaming, crying, she didn't want to let go, she started as normal. Not all children are the same. . And I told him he won't mistreat my daughter because he started shaking her hand. Why doesn't he have any right to treat her like that if she's a girl. Instead of asking for help. He left me alone and started talking that I didn't have to tell him anything. Of course he is treating my daughter badly. Then another doctor came in with another assistant and he did it well. This person. I don't know the name I shouldn't. Work in that place. A despotic and bad-tempered person.

I wish I looked at the reviews before I came here I’m literally sitting here for just a urine test I checked in everything got people coming in before me to go to the back 10 people walked in a dome went to the back I will never come to this location again it’s 1243 I checked in at 1115 on 2/18 /24 only gave 2 stars because of the reception lady in the front

I am yet to meet a more cruel technician in my life! This lady was shouting at my 2 year old for being scared of a needle.. Horrible woman and very mean,she walked out on my son and and refused to touch him

I’ve been to this location multiple times and today was the only time I was treated humanely, with professionalism, and overall courtesy. Chanel was a pleasure this morning. I was already preparing myself for the usual rude, impatient, unprofessional and curt behavior of the unnamed presumably AfroLatina women that we’ve all have the displeasure of being abused by. But not today satan! The place was just as busy as any other time but I was in and out without a hassle. This is how a normal business should run. The owner needs to give Chanel a hefty bonus and the authority to train and enforce basic professionalism. I wish I asked for the correct spelling of her name but she is a fair skinned lady with a demeanor you can’t miss. She said “good morning” and “how may I help you”. These are normal things but definitely not for this location/ general vicinity, unfortunately. This location usually deserves 1 star but they have a 5-star employee. I even delayed going for an hour because I was bracing myself for the usual experience. It’s too early in the morning to be roughed up.

Terrible customer service, they don't even answer good mornings and they don't even have the professionalism to look you in the face, lack of professional ethics, they should change the staff because we pay for a service, it's not free, the least we deserve is respect and good attention.

Whoever the receptionist is was extremely rude! I went in to check in and the kiosk told me to go to the front desk so I waited patiently for her to finish with a client and I went to open my mouth and say the kiosk told me to come here and before I could finish she yelled at me ONE SECOND! She didn’t make eye contact with me at all then as she’s typing she yells JESSICA really loud while I’m standing there and asked what I wanted and I said the kiosk told me to come here and she said what’s your name and then I told her and she mispronounced it then told me I’m checked in before I could ask if my order from the doctor was faxed over but she’s extremely mean. She is so mean she was rude and aggressive toward an elderly woman so bad that the woman left because she was visibly upset and according to the reviews people have been complaining. The woman at the front desk is light skinned and speaks Spanish . She really needs training and you need to put someone in the front who has manners !

Gave only 3 stars due to the front desk receptionist very unpleasant . Using foul language while talking to her co workers . A child was sitting in the lobby area. The other staff in the back talking so loud heard there conversation in the front lobby . Will not return to this location.

Absolutely terrible, save yourself the trouble and go to any other LabCorp. The receptionist was absolutely terrible. Did not assist me in the slightest. She kept talking over people who were just looking to be seen. All the documents my doctor provided were not enough to be seen according to this woman. Even though my doctor submitted the Lab orders electronically and specifically recommended I go to LabCorp. Whoever this woman is, she takes pleasure in being a nuisance to anyone she can have power over. I lost my composure and my temper, I'm embarrassed to admit that. I can't help but wonder. Why work as a receptionist, at a Lab where people get tested for being sick? Why treat people, who are already suffering and just trying to figure out how to get the help they need, like mosquitos? I've never felt the need to write a review so strongly as I do now. I would like to believe everyone else in this establishment isn't as bad as this receptionist. But as the saying goes the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I'm taking this experience as a red flag as to how anyone in this establishment could treat me. I could only imagine if this receptionist is this bitter with her job, everyone else could be too.

Fast service. Lady at the front desk said as super sweet and the gentlemen that took my blood was super fast I didn’t even see or feel the needle come in. Very accommodating hours.

My recent experience was very good. I did have an appointment. All of the staff were efficient and pleasant. The front desk associate was extremely helpful, informative and patient when I ordered additional lab tests online.
