Rude and Rude! I greeted the girl wearing glasses with a hello and she didn't open her mouth and looked like I was bothering her or as if she was wondering who told me to just come up to her window! She then mutters, "give me a minute ma'am" as she walks away! Then enters Rude #2 He just needs to reconsider his career field!! No personality, no people skills, no customer service skills!! Just NO!For the record, this was the staff that was there on Monday 4 December 2023 at 10am!!Do better black people!! Stop giving people what the expect from us!!

I would recommend a different location (not in Laurel) or a different company altogether. Upon arriving, no one was at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. They could be heard in the back chatting and laughing loudly while three guests sat in the lobby. Due to very poor communication from the staff, I had to have my doctor refax orders. Once my doctor confirmed that the orders were faxed, I called the facility to confirm receipt. After several calls for over 2 hours, Donna Allen (sp) or Ms. Allen picked up the phone with "HELLO" and immediately hung up. I called back. She picked up again with the same agitation and unpleasant tone. I greeted her with "good morning" and let her know why I was calling. She asked my name. As I began to talk, she hung up and could be heard saying something to coworkers while hanging up the phone. I called back... no answer. I called again. She answered, and I told her why I was calling yet again. "We got it." I asked her if she knew who I was. "Yes." I asked her to please confirm the patient. "You're calling about a fax, right? We got it." Not once did she confirm my name nor did I mention it. 100% unprofessional, and honestly, the facility isn't organized at all. My doctor shouldn't have to refax paperwork because they fail to file it upon receiving it days prior.

They literally had zero manners. An elderly woman was clearly unable to navigate the sign in process on the tablet. The Front desk worker kept saying I’ll be with you in a minute l, 20 minutes later, this poor woman was just trying to get her blood work done and still not signed in. I signed her in myself, gave her my slot and left. The first desk worker had left, and in her place was equally rude young man. yes, everyone is shortstaffed that doesn’t mean you get to be rude to people and not help the elderly. It’s beyond me why people choose to be in a field of Customer service, but can’t exude a modicum of respect to the elderly. Laurel Labcorp please do better.

I have been going to LabCorp for years. The phlebotomist on Van Dusen Road are the best.I hate going for blood work, and they always manage to make the entire experience and process tolerable. My hats are off to Ms. Wilanda Allen for her professionalism. She's the best!

This is the only place I will have lab work done. The staff here is top notch! I have tiny veins and they have never bruised my arm, never have an issue finding the vein and have never complained that my veins "are too small and they roll". Love this place! So grateful they exist!

Best LabCorp location I've ever been to. Been here twice, the second time I made a mistake while scheduling my appointment, and Yolanda called a whole bunch of people to figure out what was wrong and make sure I got my test done. Shout out to Yolanda, the real MVP of this place.

I was a little worried because of the reviews but it was perfectly fine here. It was quick. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Also the ladies at the desk were so sweet and the one who took my blood saw that I was overheated and sweating so she turned the air on for me! Will be coming back for my next lab tests.

I've been to this lab about 4 or 5 times and they are wonderful. It's much cleaner and less run down than the other Laurel location. Every time I've been there I've been in and out within about 10 minutes. I get very anxious about bloodwork and they are kind and very quick. I've had two different people help me and both were good, but the woman who has been there every time I've gone in is so friendly and sweet and helps to calm my nerves! My husband also hates getting bloodwork done and even he had no complaints at this location.

Rude Front desk. I signed in and had a seat. Sat for 10 min. No one was at the desk. Then a loud patient entered and went right up to the desk and they proceeded to calling her back while I sit and wait!!!! If you go in acting ignorant they will take you ahead of all the patients who sign in on kiosk as instructed. I walked out as there are many other choices. Even though I work for a Doctor in the building

Receptionist were NOT friendly. What’s funny is there is a TV in the waiting room that gives instructions for patients entering Labcorp. It stated, “please see the friendly receptionist after you’ve completed…blah blah blah”. Friendly? Far from it. Phlebotomist, friendly? Not even a little. They must either hate their job or people. Regardless, I’ll never come to this location again.

Very efficient and professional. They are always pleasant. Best to make an appointment. I like that they still have the signage on the floor to keep distancing. Masks are still required.

This place has the worst customer service. The woman that works there is very pleasant but the gentleman that works there is so unfriendly. I've had to go there numerous times for blood work. When you have someone taking your blood you expect some type of empathy. You expect someone to say have a nice evening.

This place is a disaster. One of the most unprofessional place i ever see . There was a dude at front desk, he don’t even know how to talk to people
