These guys were really cool to deal with. They got me hooked up with what I needed and when the order came in had it installed quickly.Not knowing much about caps personally they didn't talk down to me like another company I spoke with. Treating customers decent is lost nowadays but not with them.I definitely recommend!

Recently purchased a Leer bed cap through these guys and I must say they’ve been absolutely great with this whole process. Had to take the truck back in for a minor adjustment and these guys didn’t skip a beat to help out. Rich has been great to work with. Thank you guys for the great service !

Great place and quick service. Called for a bike hitch for my new car. They gave me the timeframe and set appointment. They had the hitch on in about 30 minutes. This is the 3rd time I have used them and always had a great experience!

I purchased my LEER top on April 27th. Front desk and overall customer service was excellent . However, Less than 30 days and my latch has detached from the glass. No locking nut was installed, just a sticky piece to hold.After explaining my situation with Cap World, the management team in Laurel contacted me immediately. Cap World diagnosed the issue, which was a failure on LEER and not Cap World. Within 3 days, I received the correct part from Cap World at no charge.Issue resolved.

They installed a hitch on my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. Job was done in 45 minutes and the amount they charged was very reasonable, and even a bit less than what they initially estimated. Very happy with the installation. Thanks for being awesome !
