I came in on a Sunday, needing a new car, walking in to the dealership, Eric the salesman greeted me straight away, he was super friendly and helped me choose the right type of model to best suit my needs, Eric is very knowledgeable and has a great mannerism about him, he did not try to up sale or push a car that I did not want, which I was pleasantly surprised by. He understood exactly what I needed and worked with the manager to get me the best price possible. Over all I came out with a great deal, and a car in the right color, love the Steel gray option.Thanks for everything Eric.Overall the staff are very professional and the place has a pleasant atmosphere about it. The dealership manager is a really cool cat. Thanks again!Ronen

I purchased my Sportage new back in 2017 from and have gone to King Kia for its service since. Sean, my service manager, has always been patient with me and carefully walked me through the vehicle's service needs. Prices are fair and service has always been done on time. I can't thank him and the King Kia service team enough!

We were very pleased with our experience with Elio at King Kia. He worked harder than any other car salesman I've met to find us the car we were looking for and earn our business, and just an all around good, honest guy. We also really enjoyed Deniz in finance, she was fast, explained everything very clearly, and also a wonderful person.My one issue is Chris, the sales manager. You should be ashamed of the way you speak to your employees. No one should ever have to deal with that type of treatment at work or anywhere else for that matter. We heard everything you said, and had we been dealing directly with you, we would have left without the car.

I came in for my first car purchase after leaving many dealerships unsatisfied with their offers. I called King Kia of Laurel after seeing their listing and I’m so glad I did!I spoke with Elio and came in the next day for a test drive. He was able to get me a great deal without the stress and more knowledge about the market value of my desired car than I came in with. He was patient and let me test drive as many models as I wanted to make sure I left in something I loved.Car shopping is hard Elio made it easy!

I purchased my vehicle from another location but King Kia of Laurel quickly became my preference for service. I have been impressed each visit by the customer service provided by the entire team. They are upfront and detailed about what work my car may need, while also providing an estimate prior to moving forward, so there are no surprises. I will continue to use them for all my service needs.

The holiday season has arrived ….a very special time for me and my family….typically I get my vehicle serviced prior to our yearly Christmas road trip. This year Santa blessed me with a very unique gift ….the outstanding customer service provided by Gerald …the manner in which he addressed my concerns and resolved various issues was elite level. I work in a customer service environment and understand the challenges day to day ……I honestly wish some of my staff possessed Gerald’s professionalism and assertiveness, whatever you are paying that young man is not enough. Gerald is the ultimate ambassador for your company.

If you’re looking for a Kia as a new car or even looking at a used car I would highly recommend coming to king Kia in laurel. I was looking for a car and found a really nice looking k5 here and when I called to ask about it I was talking to a person named brandon they got me set up with a test drive right away and I was able to come out and look at the car and test drive it the next day. The car looked great and I loved it. So I decided to buy it and when I asked them not to put a front bracket on the car they said that would be no problem. When I went to sign all the paperwork they had me in and out pretty quick which was really nice because that meant I could drive my new car home sooner. Brandon helped me to get one of the best deals I’ve seen when trying to buy a new car they had amazing customer service and everyone at the store was really nice and helpful and they even helped me set up Kia connect with my car which was nice considering I had no idea how to do it.

5 star experience. My son came in to buy his very first car and was in and out in record time. Fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership in my life. My son was pre approved from his credit union before going to the dealership which mad it that much quicker. There was no pressure to finance through the dealership or add warranty’s that we didn’t inquire about. Larry was a great salesman and knowledgeable about the car and helped set up the Kia connect for him. Ferdy had us sign the papers and on our way home in no time. Brandon the sales manager greeted us as some as we walked in and made sure everything went smoothly. He checked to make sure my son loved his new car. They all were super helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for making my son’s first car purchase an experience he will remember. It will be hard for his next car experience to be better than this but we will be back to see.

Came in with a Kia that I had bought at another dealership and asked for some help. The service guy, who I think was named Jeremy or Jerome, was exceptional in response. He was cheerful and very helpful. My situation was completely taken care of and even made an appt to correct an minor recall problem for next week! I could not have been happier with my visit there--and it was my first time there! Great people!

I bought my 2020 optima from here back in February 2020 and ever since then the service here has been unmatched ! The customer service is everything . From sales floor to the service department . I come here faithfully for all my maintenance needs and not once has there been a need not met . The service team is amazing . The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable leaving my car here

UPDATE: The manager called me right away and invited me back to have the dent removed and clean the car. They removed the dent flawlessly in just a couple minutes and washed the car, AND filled the gas. Totally turned it around and made everything great. Thanks!————————Bought a new car from this place. Unfortunately they do not have a fast or streamlined purchasing process. Even when giving them all the requested info prior to arriving it took a very long time to sign the papers - being told many times “hold on, in 15 minutes you’ll get to speak with this person or that person.” Not a fan of waiting to sign papers - especially when we already had the money ready to go upon arriving and did not do financing.Worst of all, our brand new car with 15 miles on it had tire shine sprayed all over the paint: on the hood, door and side panels, and on black trim. It also had a DENT on the hood that wasn’t present the previous day. When I was on the phone with them about these issues, i was told “Have you tried buffing out the tire shine?”

I had the most pleasant buying experience at King Kia of Laurel this week. Kristen Parris reached out to me after I filled out an online form expressing interest in my car of choice and although she wasn't immediately available when I followed up, I was so delighted to hear from a female salesperson, I waited to hear back from her, and I'm so glad I did.I had an extremely hectic week with some tricky personal and work matters and was attempting to do a lot of the legwork in advance of heading to a dealership. A large part of my preference towards doing this was the pushy and aggressive behavior I've experienced at other dealers in the past, which is super off-putting and can turn a fun experience (getting an awesome new car!) into something dreadful. Some dealers were willing to work with me in this way and others weren't. Kristen was up to the challenge. She was helpful, responsive, and flexible when there were some unusual issues with paperwork, and I appreciated how informed she was, and her willingness to own anything she wasn't completely sure of and find out for me. There is nothing worse than someone feeding you a bunch of BS because they don't know the answer, and then only finding out later that you've been given inaccurate or bad info. I wasn't concerned about this in the slightest with Kristen.Women buy 54% of the cars in the US and influence 84% of all vehicle purchase decisions. Yet most women dread the car buying experience, with good reason. After a really stressful and disappointing experience buying my last car from another local dealership, this experience really turned that around. It was such a pleasure to deal with Kristen and her colleagues. I was also helped by Derek and Ferdie (apologies for the likely misspelling) and they were great as well.Lastly, I super appreciate Kristen offering to show me around the car and familiarize me with all the new features. Although I've bought several new cars, I've never had anyone do that before and it's a total must-I was completely underutilizing all that my last car had to offer and since she took the time to do this, I know I'll get way more use out of all the fun features this time.Please give King Kia of Laurel, and especially Kristen, your business. I think you'll have a great experience.

Kia is ripping into peoples pockets for issues. This is a game of let's dance around some major defects and nickel and dime me to the ground. My issues are emotionally draining. It is unethical. I don't know where to start but I took a chance on Kia and now I have bigger than I can handle regrets. When I feel mentally up to it I will post a detail timeline of repairs and conversations. I urge you please do not invest in these types of cars. I can't make sense of it anymore. At this point I'd love to take the car back to where I bought it from the stress is unimaginable. I've asked my boyfriend to take over dealing with my car issues and speaking on my behalf. I have to care for my health. I've gotten so stressed about other things and this car gives me anxiety to drive each day. This car has added so much to my stress guys I can't deal with it anymore I just need someone else to deal. Every couple months there's a check engine light. I urge you please stay away from these cars ....please stay away from these types of cars. A 2019 Kia soul I thought I was working hard to maintain. Guys it's not worth it. My little Toyota was ran into and totaled. Several years my Toyota ran with no issues. This here that I'm dealing with Kia smh. I hope someone looks deeper into these places.

I’m not the type of person to write a review. However, when it came to my experience at King Kia of Laurel last Friday, it certainly deserves it. Josh LeFevre (Used Cars Manager) and Brandon Martinez made it special for me. I wasn’t really looking forward to my Friday afternoon at a dealership (who looks forward to that!) , but Brandon wasn’t pushy at all in the process and Josh couldn’t have been more helpful.This is a dealership I’ve already told friends about. They make it easy and fun. Josh empowers his sales people and they have a good culture. Josh anticipated my needs and went the extra step. To me, that is the difference between transactional selling and consultative selling. He wanted to make sure I was happy and for that, I’ll trek out to Laurel all day long to work with a guy like that.Brandon was given an opportunity in car sales, and has sold 12+ cars this month (first month in the job). He will be the top sales guy in no time. Great attitude and is gritty.My only mistake there was not getting more of Josh’s business cards to hand out to friends. I’ve never met a car sales manager that has the attitude and customer service that he has.After trading in a car and buying a used one, they set me up with Deniz in Finance. She was very informative and helpful as well.Five stars all around!
