The mother daughter duo are the nicest people...and are always professional. This is absolutely the best dry cleaners if you want your clothes cleaned well.

I’ve visited this location twice to have a few pairs of pants hemmed (they’re too long). The first time, I was asked to return because they were too busy. Not a big problem, I left and revisited another day. On my second visit, I was told the exact same thing, which is pretty frustrating. They either need to put their alterations time on their website, or remove the service all together! Needless to say, I won’t be re-visiting this establishment.

I've used this dry cleaners occasionally for the past 3-4 years. I've always liked their work, but my most recent experience left me a bit disappointed. I dropped off three pairs of jeans to be taken in at the waist since I've lost weight and wanted them to fit better. I also needed the legs shortened a bit, and one needed a pocket replaced. They quoted me a price of about $160 and I left. When I returned to pick them up a week later, they told me the price was about $30 more. They explained that one pair needed the crotch mended, and they also washed them. They had my phone number, but didn't call me to authorize the additional work! They just went ahead and performed it. I would have authorized the crotch repair, but I question the need to wash them, as I knew they had a policy that they'd only mend clean clothes, so I washed them first. I honestly wonder if it's even legal to perform unauthorized work and bill for it. I'm not going to file a claim with the appropriate government agency since it's only about $30, but it strikes me as a variant on "bait and switch". It's also worth pointing out that they don't take credit or debit cards. I'm unsure if they'll take checks, but I had planned to pay cash. I had enough to pay the original amount plus a bit more, but I was about $6 short. Perhaps they realized I was annoyed already, since they let the amount slide. I'll probably still use them since they're very convenient to my home, but I'm less enthusiastic than before.

My family has been going here for over 20 years, even after we moved about fifteen minutes further away. The family that runs the cleaners is wonderful, very dedicated and helpful. I have brought them the results of my clumsiness, you know what I mean, and they have taken care of 98% of them. In the rare instance where they don't do something right, they bend over backwards to fix it. We also have had items altered and they do a great job at reasonable prices.
