Great place. Clean, friendly but I have noticed an increased mice problem that was not evident when I 1st rented my unit.

Best Storage Facility in Laurel hands down. I went to Public Storage and it was an absolute nightmare (DO NOT GO THERE). SO HAPPY I FOUND LAUREL SELF STORAGE. They are up front, honest and to the point. Their storage units are clean and SAFE!! They are also easy to get in and out of. I had the pleasure of working with Rozanne, she is a breath of fresh air! She was awesome and did a great job explaining everything. They care about their customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAUREL SELF STORAGE!!!!!

Been using storage since April....no complaints and when I rented my uhaul truck I received a discount and referral to use this facility..so far no problems!

We contacted Laurel Self Storage for overflow space for our business and Rozanne helped over the phone with cost, availability, etc. when I first met her to sign the paperwork, Rozanne was extremely friendly and helpful. Fast forward a few weeks and Rozanne is generally the one that is there and she always greets us with a smiling face and is super helpful and accommodating. In our industry, someone like Rozanne is a welcome face when most people are difficult. I would give Rozanne 5 stars of her own and the storage facility its own 5 stars.

The office team, esp rosie is soooo great. The price is reasonable. Clean and secure. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is that it closes so early. Wish it stayed open later, like midnight.

You can't compare the quality of service and hospitality the staff share with you. Hands shown the BEST experience for over a year! If shopping around, I'd check to see what they have available before going anywhere else! I ❤ Roxanne, she's awesome! Jason is just as helpful. Thank you guys!
