Very unaware staff! 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation because they don't have an oil filter in stock. Even after calling 2 days prior and confirming my appointment and parts are available. When asked directly why this happened I was told there was no reason it just happens sometimes. Also only rotated 2 tires....? It does have four tires. Thank you for waisting my very valuable time with this stupidity! I'd never recommend this place.

An easy to work with dealer, the only one not price gouging that I could find in the DMV, no market adjustment!. Our sales rep Gozi was very helpful and made the process easy. The finance rep Antonio was knowledgeable and friendly. Don’t bother going anywhere else to buy a Toyota.

Called no less than 10 Toyota dealerships with a specific make, model, color and package in mind,and little flexibility. A couple other dealers were working with me but when I called Laurel, and spoke with Youseff, he went the extra distance (literally drove himself to another location to get the truck I wanted). In less than 24 hours of my initial phone call to him, I was driving off with my new Taco and he came in slightly lower than I asked.
