The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The repair was talked about through the whole process and done very quickly. Once it was finished they made sure everything was correct and to my satisfaction.

I took my 2011 Jeep Liberty to Maaco on Cherry Lane in Laurel Md for paint estimate last week. The price was unbeatable and the turnaround time was less than a week. Tony and his crew were very accommodating and all around awesome. My baby is looking new again and I could not be happier.

Was 20mins early for my appointment and a guy asked how could he help me? I stated I had an appointment for an estimate. He asked, What time my appointment time was. I told him 1pm. He stated boldly, “I’ll see you then, I’m on lunch”. Poor customer experience and it’s not about him being in the middle of lunch, it was his presentation of customer service that lost my trust as customer. I canceled my appointment and went somewhere else.

Tony and co. were professional, fast, and no frills about the whole process. Side mirror had paint chipping and they had me taken care of in minutes when I showed up to take the cover off and then another few minutes post-painting/repair a couple days later to reinstall and check out. 5/5, side mirror cover looks good as new and the service much appreciated!

Got my aftermarket Mustang bumper lips painted. Shout out to the techs in back for gettint it done in a timely manner, and Tony in the front who helped me out during the process.

Tony and mike at macco have been taking care of all my vehicles for years they just painted my F-150 and sprayed a liner bed in the truck. Paint work came out great

Let me just say that the moment I walked in all I was confronted with was GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to decide what I really needed in correcting some scratches and faded paint. They went the extra yard by ensuring the best possible job that could be done. I got my entire truck repainted and when I say it looked brand new it looked BRAND NEW. I highly recommend the professionals at this Macco because they are a exception to the myth of Macco being the McDonald's of paint and body shop work.

This was the second time that we have had a car painted at the Laurel Maaco. Like the previous time, we are throughly pleased with the paint job we received on our 20 year old car. My wife feels like she is driving a new car! We want to especially thank Tony for his professionalism and care. He made us feel like our car was his car and the results prove it. Sending us pictures during the process was an amazing touch that we greatly appreciated. Everyone who has seen the car is amazed! Thanks and keep up the good work and customer service.
