I hired Maxon Movers to help move from Maryland to Boston MA back in 2017. They made such an impression that I've sent a few referrals over since then and always felt compelled to write a review! Firstly Iryna was amazing and with a more complicated out of state move she was able to provide me comfort and I felt more prepared to move. The guys were amazing, everything made it without any breakage, and they provided me updates throughout the move. You're in good hands with this group!

Max, Iryna, and team have handled three local moves and one long-distance move for me in the last several years. They are reliable, professional, and get the job done at a reasonable price, which is why they have gotten my repeat business.

Absolute professionals! It was a seamless experience from receiving the estimate easily to the end of the move. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were super efficient with their time. I have moved a few times, so I have experience with other companies that added to my headaches during the move. Max & Alberto were Fantastic!! Do yourself a favor & use Maxon Movers, glad I did!

We used Maxon Movers to move from a storage unit to our new house and I couldn't be happier with the service. The movers were all very nice and efficient, we had a lot of stuff (3 storage units full) and they finished everything in under 8 hours! The quote I was given was accurate, there were no extra charges at the end that I was unaware of. Maxon gave us the best quote out of the 4 quotes we got. They were worth every penny!

The customer service representative Irma wasn't helpful in providing an accurate estimate. She was rather short in detail while I'm trying to conduct a long distance move in providing an accurate estimate of my items in storage. She gave me an estimate of $5500-6000 without knowing what is in the storage. My recommendation is to provide the customers with accurate information before determining the final quote. I requested someone to come to the storage while I was in town so the items could be delivered as soon as possible. Bad customer service representative. Update Stated in my message I stated the items have been in storage for years therefore, I need someone from your company to give me an estimate. You decided to give me a quote instead of an appointment. I'm coordinating a big move so if I contacted this company like I did 2 others to get the best quote. You were the only company that was short your behavior was as if you didn't want to be bothered in basically customer service setting up an estimate quote. I'm in Florida, flying out next week to get my things delivered so don't insult me with your negative response saying I didn't want you all assistance. You have yet to understand how to give good customer service! I will have an excellent move thanks to the other professional companies who have responded professionally with my request. I recommend you brush up on your customer service skills. You really deserve no stars!

I called Maxon Movers and arranged to have two statues and a few pieces of furniture moved. I was completely up front with the size/weight of the statues and other items when I called to schedule it. The movers showed up late and then told me that they had not brought the appropriate vehicle to move the statues. They told me they would be back in a few hours with the correct vehicle (they said they needed a trailer or a truck with a lift gate). AFTER they left, they had their office call me and tell me that they wouldn't be able to do the job. That they would have to pay extra tolls for the trailer/larger vehicle. When I said I understood and asked them to provide me with a new quote (I want to note here that while I was unhappy I was still polite/professional), they were rude and said it would be too difficult to provide me with a quote.

We have used Maxon Movers twice now and have been extremely pleased both times. Their services are efficient and competitively priced. Maxim and his moving partner make moving easy! The first time were just used their moving services (AKA manual labor for unloading boxes). The second time were used their truck, which was even easier. They loaded the truck, drove to our new place, and unloaded everything within 3 hours. I literally just pointed to which room I wanted to boxes unloaded. Iryna is also very responsive and make scheduling easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making moving so much better!

Hired Maxon Movers to do our local move. Excellent service! Quick, efficient and priced well. I had already packed the personal stuff (pictures, clothes, some kitchen) and Maxim and his silent partner (friendly but didn't talk) came in and finished the rest! Loaded and unloaded in less than 4 hours. Plus, they disassembled and reassembled our king size bed frame with ease. Not planning on moving for a while but when I do, I will be contacting them again.

Iryna was very kind; responded right away and continued to be accessible after hours. She sent the quote over immediately which was very reasonable for what was provided. The two movers that came arrived early; they were familiar with the building; were very polite; answered all of our questions; made suggestions and were very hard working. They set up our furniture and bed and position it where we wanted it to be. I will definitely be using Maxon again in the future and recommended them to friends and family!

I have used Maxon Movers for my last three moves. They are quick, kind, and polite. They are professional and take great care of your belongings, and flexible problem solvers when things don't go as anticipated. I will always recommend them to anyone moving in the DC area! It is so great to know that I can rely on them when I'm moving

I booked a move with Maxon Movers a few days ago for this Friday. After several emails back and forth with our address attached she informed me tonight that she couldn't work our move because it was in Virginia. Now I am out money to reserve an elevator in our apartment building or am forced to find a new mover last minute at a premium

I reached out to Maxon Movers based on a friend's recommendation. After an email exchange with Iryna, I was able to secure their services. They were extremely responsive and followed instructions to a tee. During the day of the move, they arrived early and were quickly able to pack up our items and load them up without many issues. Max was informative about the additional cost that would be required before we incurred them (such as furniture wrapping). Max, Iryna, and the team were a great assistance to us. I recommend their services and their team.

We've used Maxon for two separate moves of bulky and antique furniture. Both times they were on time, diligent, quick, and very careful with delicate pieces. Not only were they easy to work with on the day of the move, the preparations and communications with the office could not have been easier and they were very flexible to adjust to changing plans. We will use them again in a heartbeat for our next complicated moving project!
