McFadden Service Center remains my go-to spot! I have referred several friends here and they continue to provide HIGH QUALITY service! I recently brought my God parent's here to service one of their vehicles. They were very pleased with the work done by MSC, enjoyed conversing with the super personable woman at the front desk, and ELATED that the bill was almost HALF of what they were being charged at their *FORMER* mechanic in Rockville! You guys just secured two new regular customers! Keep up the GREAT work!!!!
VERY AMAZING PEOPLE!!!! From sweet Lydia at the front desk to the AWESOME guys doing the heavy work in the back...this shop would be rated 10 STARS if I could!!! I have taken my car here a couple of times and they didn’t try to up charge me or add any additional unnecessary services. This is a GREAT auto service center to bring your vehicle to if you want QUALITY work done on your vehicle. I believe customer service is what brings people back and I can tell you the guys (and gal ;) )at McFadden’s are top notch! Definitely my go-to auto shop and will be yours...Go see for yourself!!!

Been there a few times now. Always welcome, social etc etc but also, honest people. US it’s a business but they don’t have the mentality of “how can I make a buck off THIS car too.” Honest GOOD service n repairs.

I'm not sure how I haven't reviewed McFadden Service Center before. This is a business that has served my family well since I was a young child, and now I have young children of my own.
I trust them so much that I will drive an hour to get an oil change here. They're honest, fairly priced, and absolutely 0 nonsense.
I'm so appreciative to this business for all the great work they've done for my family's vehicles over the years that it would nearly bring me to tears.
Weird thing to say about your mechanic, I know, but knowing that I have someone to trust with my vehicle who will charge me fairly and graciously, and only charge me for what I actually need - that makes all the difference in the world. Especially when I was less financially secure as a younger man and couldn't afford things that are unnecessary.
As far as I'm concerned this is the only mechanic in Maryland.

Great service with great prices! Affordable services! You can go with your own equipment and they have no problems as long as it fit the vehicle.
Very nice and professional people. They are fairly on time with scheduling.

Great mechanics and friendly front desk personnel. I found this service center by asking around for quotes to have work done. McFadden's had fair pricing and great customer service. I'm now a customer who has visited multiple times for service.

McFadden's does great work at decent prices. My husband had gone there for years before we were married and convinced me to give them a try when I complained about my previous auto shop. Well the work was done on time, as promised, no fuss, and at a price that was fair. I have gone there ever since and that has been a few years now. James the owner is an all around good guy, knows his profession, and delivers excellent auto service to his customers. My vehicle is a Subaru and they keep it in good condition for me. I have even convinced a family member of mine to bring her car to them for service as well!
