“We’ve loved Boarman’s for years. It is THE place to get fresh eggs, fresh meats, custom cuts, delicious pre-mades, special orders, and all kinds cool stuff you can’t find elsewhere. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and gracious. I’m especially grateful for them recently as my son has become obsessed with grinding his own meat. Every week he asks for custom cuts off the bone and every week they do this extra work uncomplainingly. Boarman’s is the best. 10 stars.”
“Them Murray fries taste like McDonald’s fries but BETTER somehow (FYI, They still sell ‘em at some Giants here in Hyattsville, MD)for those who love them Murray Beef Patty for Burgers ? This place is clean and not stinky. The butchers are knowledgeable and skilled. They prepare your meats in a professional manner. The prices for their meats are very reasonable compared to other meat stores. The quality of their meats are superior to other halal meat stores. Also , the store carries a. variety of inexpensive and high quality spices and other food products. “The chicken was really organic (not just labled that way) but they tried to overcharge me mistakenly on two occasions. I corrected them and we proceeded. I love their truely organic chicken. It is a nice grocery store.”
