I am not a customer of the company at this time, but needed CPAP advice since I split my time between Maryland and Georgia. Based on her advice, she unselfishly recommended that I go with a company that had presence in both states in case I had a problem and needed immediate help. That is the epitome of good customer service. So while I will go with a national company for the device and initial fitting, you can rest assured that I will use Bay State Medical in any way I can and that’s because of Katie Getty.”

Also, I purchased a used wheelchair for substantially less than the cost of a new one. After it was cleaned, it looked new except for a few scratches.
