Well, they didn’t have the specific glue I was looking for – crafters pic, the staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. I was making a purchase for a class I’m teaching and had an tax exempt certificate. Although it took us half an hour to get me checked out, Two of the staff member learned how to process a tax exempt sale. So it was a win all the way around.

Had me standing at self check out for 10 minutes for manager to come over and apply discount that should've automatically rung up in the first place. Worst Micheal's I've ever been to.

I am so pleased with my visit to the frame shop in the Michael's store in Laurel. Joseph went above and beyond to repair a custom frame and replace the broken glass after it had fallen. I just come for an estimate and thought they might ask me to return once I removed the broken glass. But Joseph (the frame shop manager) thought nothing of it and took care of it right away. Friendly fast service, I will return for custom framing in the future.

I like the products alot but the staff at the check out were rude and the women's bathroom was very dirty and unuseable. The checkout has been turned in to self check out, which is usually good. In this case though it said to scan, I started to scan everything but after the first scan it pops up multiple sign in pages and I didn't know and had scanned everything which didn't actually scan. I asked the woman at checkout to help or to go to an open register and she was rude. I just left everything and ordered online. It was a waste of time. I go in store for customer service and atmosphere. Otherwise, online is better.

We have had to have a series of things done from the framing department before and after our wedding. I believe the manager of the framing department's name is Joseph and he is just a delight to work with. Helpful and always makes sure everything is perfect. We are so pleased with the work done and appreciate all the help we have received. If you need something framed, highly recommend this Michael's

With Christmas coming up I had to start my shopping. With two nieces wanting drawing items I figured this would be good enough place to start than anywhere else. Both of the nieces are big into drawing and had items on their list that ranged from Sharpies to calligraphy pens. I figured I would give this place a shot first to see what I might be able to grab at a decent price. One thing to note, the Sharpies and pens are basically in two different sections of the store. Took me a frustrating minute to figure that out and have to backtrack to the other section. What I thought was going to be the start of my shopping turned out to be a pricing trip. Everything I looked at appeared to be marked up compared to other stores and online. They did have the items, but I wasn't willing to pay almost double the asking price at other places.
