Did not complete work recommended replacements because they did not want to fix costing thousands more than it ever should have very slow 2 to 3 week job took three Months. They refused To complete the unfinished work as suggested, taking my van to someone else if you could find another dealer, so customer service does not exist

They let it sit for a month, then repaired a DIFFERENT problem that wasn't there when we came in, then had us tow it to a place they said could do it. Even the recommendation was bunk. Their service manager was fired by the end of our dealings, so hopefully things will improve. in the meantime I'm going to take some mechanic courses instead of being robbed and left stranded.

I've been a loyal customer of Mobility Works for many years, regularly renting their mobility vans, and I can't say enough good things about them. For anyone familiar with transportation options for physically disabled individuals, especially in Maryland, you'll know how limited and challenging those options can be. I was truly blessed to have discovered Mobility Works and their incredible fleet of wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Their rental vehicles are not only reliable but also well-maintained, making them a lifeline for those of us who need them. But what really sets Mobility Works apart is their exceptional staff. Every person I've interacted with has been wonderful—they genuinely care about their customers and treat you like family. I always look forward to picking up my rental because I get to connect with their friendly and welcoming team.
A huge shout-out to Michael, who is simply AMAZING! He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are well taken care of, anticipating our needs and making sure everything runs smoothly. I've seen firsthand how he's grown the fleet of wheelchair-accessible rentals, and his dedication is truly commendable.
Thank you, Michael, for everything you do, and thank you, Mobility Works, for your unwavering support of the wheelchair transportation community. You make a real difference in our lives, and I’m so grateful for all that you’ve done and continue to do.

I made an appointment on the phone to have a minor adjustment to the spinner knob on the steering wheel. I was not told that the company had moved and so wasted time going to the old address. When I got to the right place, I was told for the first time that I had to have a prescription for the adjustment. No apology and no service. My car was brought to the front for me to leave with the engine running in regular mode. Without thinking I tried to turn into a very busy divided highway, had to stop the engine and convert to hand controls. I could have been killed. Will not be going back.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone with the Laurel location to get an appraisal for work to our rear entry ramp and the safety straps for our daughter's wheelchair. When I showed up for tge appointment I had to stand in a lobby while a customer that came in after me was assisted first and then I was told I was gonna be charged $175 fee for a quote on the repairs. When I asked the manager to tell me why this was not communicated to me when I scheduled the appointment , he said he did not know who made the appointment that was in their computer. When I told him that this was not a good way to treat customers for repairs that I was potentially gonna do with them. He just looked at me and didn't say anything so I left. Bad customer service, a waste of time and poor communication all around. Do not go to this mobility works.

Bad experience with Mike in service. If I could do this myself I would have. That's why I needed your help and without attitude. Asked another gentleman for help from office staff, and not much better.

As the past employee of this store, if you need to buy a wheelchair accessible van, I advise you to go elsewhere. The company itself is quite dysfunctional and senior management is inept. They hire via corporate nepotism (no experience in a technical field) to protect each other and hence, the business and customers suffer greatly as do the employees who are totally unappreciated. Not to be overlooked is the completely inadequate service department. The techs do great work, the manager is honest and forthcoming, but if you need service, pack a lunch, because your vehicle will be tied up for, well, your guess is as good as mine. They refuse to staff properly and once again, the customer suffers. This will obviously be interpreted by the company as sour grapes, but I assure you, its quite the opposite, I have thirty plus years as a successful GM having won numerous awards and recognition etc.. Lastly, the average profit this store makes on people who are already physically and financially challenged is sinful. Think of a ridiculous number and double it. Visit the Toyota store north of Baltimore that will sell you a similar van and cost you thousands less and the guy is great to deal with. So, do what you want, but I advise you to seriously shop around and whatever price they give you here, know they have thousands of dollars of markup in the vehicle. My advice however, is go elsewhere. (Had to give one star because there was no opportunity to give a minus score...)

While helpful to have this service available, I do wish there were more company options. The van we were given had a number of different issues. It was not clean! There was a used straw found in a backseat cup holder and we found crumbs and hair in another set of cup holders. It was noisy! There was a noise coming from the back of the van but we were told to just ignore it, as there were no other vans available. The noise could have come from the back windshield wiper which seemed to be installed improperly. The wiper was wiping in reverse, so the area under the back window was being cleaned instead of the actual window. Lastly, it was damaged! There was a crack and pieces missing on the van just underneath the driver side door. I hope improvement is forthcoming.

I am very unsatisfied with my dealings with Mobility Works. From start to finish it has been a terrible experience and I would definitely not recommend doing business with this company. I have called and left multiple messages and No response ever!

If I could give this company a Zero I would. I should have taken heed when I made an appointment and the sales person didn’t show up. I received a call several months later and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Purchased a van for my mother and I should have read the reviews before I made the purchase. Apparently there is a pattern for this company to take your money and not stand by its products.I was given the manager’s cell phone number but he is not responsive. A survey was sent for completed service that never took place.Be warned: do not purchase from this company.
