hello, this probably my 10th review, Every time I go in there is someone following me, went there this morning with my brother, the same thing happened, im there to spend my hard earned money just like some of the people there, like I stated to the manager before, I'm quite sure the inventory is off not due to customer theft, but your staff, maybe you should look into that instead of being racist and following BLACK PEOPLE, I wont be going back to that store and also will be making a report, please check in house before profiling, if I see it you should also, tunnel vision isn't a good thing

My dad is on a soft diet so he wanted soups that are more puréed. Once on the soup isle, which looked very neat and nicely organized by the way. I looked for the regular size Campbell's split pea soup, creamy tomato etc. There were none there and only the larger Campbell's Chunky Soup cans. The prices for those were almost $5 a can. Progresso was $6. I couldn't believe how much cans of soup have gone up either. I guess that's why I've opted for other stores and haven't been here because they are more expensive then Giant now. I got the soup anyway but will opt to make his soup homemade from this point on. The cashier I had was very nice and the store was clean and didn't look cluttered as some other stores appear to be.

Wow! Incredibly clean store. Very organized. Friendly staff. No clutter. Easy checkout experience at one of their many self-checkout stations. Definitely go. A stop by this store when I'm in the area again. Prices are cheaper than Harris Teeter and Giant and quality seems just as good.

How come MoneyGram only gives out a maximum of $200.00 for receivers, but yet will allow more than $200.00 to be sent! Close your business if you don't have enough money for customers. Waste of my precious time!

Always fast and clean with no wait. The got bar is my favorite for spicy wings at Lunch time. They always have fresh donuts and all the cashiers are nice

It's a fine store except for the awful staff. They watch video on their phones and generally seem bothered that they have customers. The location is convenient so I keep coming back but pleeeese get some staff that's good with customers.

I don't usually go to Shoppers, but on this occasion I just needed to run in and grab 1 or 2 things. It's a big store. Very clean. The layout is different than my usual grocery store, so it took me a minute to find what I was looking for. This gave me time to really check the store out. Good selection at really good prices.

Almost every time I come in they have what I need. The one star loss is only because of the discontinued caramel bacon donut and I can never seem to catch anyone at the bakery when I go in. Or call for that matter. bring back the bacon!!!!

Unfortunately, I just had a very poor experience at this store--so bad that I made a formal complaint to the headquarters office. I encountered the rude, dismissive behavior of Kary (Store Manager) and Taher (Cashier). After the discounts from my reward card/app didn't ring up properly, neither of them knew how to resolve the matter and took their frustrations and discriminatory actions out on me. Neither showed a willingness to assist me with what's typically a very easy fix at stores with strong customer service practices. It's not right, but I will make this okay by taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Went there this morning June 21th, outdoor temperature was 70-80 degree outside with low humidity. Walked in this store and wished I had a sweater in my car. This store is freezing cold, a few employees were wearing long sleeve jerseys or light jackets. I wanted to shop but the chill made me grab one item and get out of there as quickly as possible. This place was not conducive in making me want to stay there and shop.

First things first this is a nice clean neighborhood grocery store. Among the things I like is the fact you don't need a membership card or number to get the discounts. What a concept. But the highlight of shoppers food warehouse are the colossal donuts at a reasonable price. That alone separates at shoppers food warehouse from other grocery stores and Dunkin' Donuts. But this particular store has the biggest freshest donuts I've seen anywhere. You would think they would all be the same. But check out the photo attached of this review it looks like a medium pizza and it's actually an apple fritter.

It's a grocery store that has all the things you look for. What really bugs us about this store is the poor quality of the protein and I always seem to end up in the line of an older woman who is a cashier there. She refuses to be pleasant. I don't know why she is in a position where she has to deal with people. She should be quietly stocking a shelf or something because she seems to hate the customers coming through her line. A "Hello" or "How are you today?" or "Thank you. Have a nice day" is out of her range of abilities. Even a simple recognition that two humans are interacting with each other is out of bounds for this lady. Listen, maybe she's a wonderful friend and a generous neighbor, but her position here at this Shoppers makes me HATE coming here.

Low prices so therefore low quality products and service. How is there always a line? They should invest in self checkout since there is always a security guy in front of check out anyway. Due to the low quality in product selection I would rather drive all the way to Whole Foods for slightly higher price points for much better quality food.
