Very poor customer service of the staff there, despite having a nice manager (Corey). I would not recommend this place at all due to the technician there who lack all professionalism in dealing with customers. I can say technicians like him would ruin any business.

Customer Service was downright disrespectful, they didn’t successfully give me the right lenses, they didn’t follow through with their word and had the nerve to gaslight me on their mistakes that they caused. I’ll never go back here ever again.

i ordered glasses from here in november and i still don’t have them. every single time i’d call they’d either hang up on me or say they’d leave a note for the manager. i wish i could leave 0 stars. i would not recommend this store nor would i want to come back. even if by some miracle my glasses were done, i wouldn’t trust the quality of my glasses and rather go somewhere else .

Highly do not recommend this place in laurel. The doctors here made the wrong prescription for me and the service was horrible. I did not like the staff. I will not go here moving forward. I do recommend MyEyeDr in Silver Spring. MyEyeDr at Silver Spring has phenomenal service and Dr.Vu is amazing at what he does.

This stupid store mess up my prescription. I see everything inclined, and i want to ask the doctor if this is caused by astigmatism. Their optician block me from visiting the doctor and keep telling me it is because my frames are too small.

This has been the most horrible customer experience I’ve ever received. I do not recommend this place at all. The people who work there are so rude especially the white man on the front desk. I had to wait extremely long for my contacts because they forget to order it for me, and the man at the front desk continuously hung up on me when I tried to contact the office. There was also another man who was very inpatient with me, and when I tried to call my husband to verify my insurance information, he told me “I don’t have time for you to check.”

This shop is more like a scam shop. Although you are covered with the insurance, they want to push you into virtual visit with the doctor to claim some money. they tried to force us to sign an agreement stating that we have to pay any extra money not collected from the insurance. we refused and sticked only to the plan we have.tried to force us to buy contacts and glasses f4rom them, but we refused.The black guy was so rude when it comes to the point you deny everything. Unprofessional people.Bad experience. I have been coming here for years and used to enjoy coming here and getting my exams done . Now under the manager Corey it has been nothing but a horrible experience. I had to wait 3 months for my glasses and contacts to ship in because they forget to order it many times and her never calls back . I called for months and went in 3 times waiting on my “complementary contacts “ and he was rude , today I was on hold for 40 minutes “the manager is unavailable “ each time I called the same answer .He didn’t want to hear what I had to say and hung up the phone and started talking to his coworkers about me not knowing he never hung up and I heard everything he said . This has been the most horrible customer experience I’ve ever received . I do not recommend this place .

Very pleasant, I felt comfortable from the time I came until the time I left!! Level of professionalism was great! Came back to pick up my order and I was 20 mins early before they opened but they still accommodated me!!

Great experience, very friendly staff all the way from the front desk, to the people who scanned my eyes and who did my exam on over video. The technology worked great nothing, went wrong during the digital eye exam with my doctor and technician. Both doctor, technician and assistant were friendly, helpful and respectful. They had a super friendly general manager that provided me great information about price, coverage of my insurance, and answered all my questions. Everyone was very nice and the appointment was very simple. I had a great experience for someone who's not used to going to get glasses by themselves, 10 out of 10 recommendation.

This was my first virtual eye exam and I was very pleased. The technicians and virtual MD were thorough and proficient. After the exam Corey (GM) took the extra time out to explain my insurance coverage, and what to expect next. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had a positive experience. Excellent patient/customer service, neat and organized. I would definitely recommend this location.
