Great service! Seven was friendly and gave the best manicure and pedicure. I appreciate her explaining the best options for strengthening my nails and cared enough to do what's best for my nails regardless of price. I will be returning.

They are a GREAT neighborhood salon!! Friendly, clean, attentive to detail❤️❤️❤️❤️ she did amazing on my gemstone French nails . Make an appointment , they stay booked.
Requested style: I requested a fairly advanced style and Seven took care of me and did a great job
Cleanliness: I came in early in the morning and they were disinfecting everything and vacuuming and wiping down

Good service and pedicures. However this place is run down. Old (pedicure) chairs with no padding. No wifi.

I love supporting local businesses and have patronized this shop several times due to the close proximity to my house. Red flag #1: there never seems to be more than 2-3 clients getting serviced. I am used to nail shops that have a lot of clientele. Today, Father's Day, I ran into the shop at 4:50pm to get a service and was asked the front technician about the service I wanted. I told her and she said something to a technician that appeared to be sitting in the back eating. She then told me that the shop was closed. I said ok and left. After a few minutes of thinking about it, I politely called back and explained how I did not appreciate them telling me they were closed after discussing the service I wanted to receive. I also suggested that signage be placed on the door to avoid confusion (Sunday hours are listed as 6pm closing). The technician hung up the phone on me before I could finish my statement. Customer service goes a long way and being rude to a client that is not being rude to you says a lot about the value of clients. I can't help but think that if my service would've been pricier, I would have been accepted in despite them being closed.

Horrible Customer Service! It was one customer, I came in just to get my eyebrows done. Before the tech said anything to me she just looks at me until the other customer asked if she was the only one working . The tech said I have to wait and we are closed.. it’s 3:10 p.m and I see no signs saying they are closed and she should of at least tell me to come back. Waste of time and bad customer service. Just go else where.

They are very rude in customer service They have no manors they make you wait they change prices for different customers for same service and they talk about you in there language the whole time you will feel very uncomfortable here please find another nail shop!!!!!Services: Pedicures

Terrible customer service from a few. Seven is rude for no apparent reason. Tina thinks she can say whatever she wants to her customers, she doesn’t listen, nor is she willing to fix her mistakes if she messes up. They pick & choose when to be open or closed. They price services & then tell u a different price when it’s time to pay.seen this multiple times with Tina. Helen is lovely & so is vo. Who charges $15 for one acrylic nail? Might as well get a full set. For the mediocre work they do they sure are expensive. If your looking for designs steer clear of em.Services: Manicures

I got a pedicure and refill done by one old guy there. Not only did he mess up my the natural shape of my nails , he then tried to lie about the price not knowing I’ve been there before. I will never go back.

Didn't even make it to the chair. Went to take my mom for a pedi and we walked in and were greeted, My mom asked how much for the pedi's and I'm like, the prices are right there [as I looked up] on the wall, however, those were not the prices coming out of the lady's mouth that was greeting us. She gave a price of about $5-10 more per service. I was quick to tell her that the prices were on the wall and not at all what she was quoting. She looked shocked for a second, and maybe amazed that I could see for myself, however as she stumbles over her words, she did not correct herself and proceeded to say, "the prices were in the back". Me and my ma looked at each other and the lady who was sitting in the chair getting her nails done was following along, and I just had to let the nail lady know that you not telling me just ANYtHING, so we left. There was much more I wanted to say, but I'll just leave the experience here and move on. I am quick to let others know when they are likely not going to get good service somewhere, but I know y'all do what you will do. But I'm still learning too. Even though I see the price i might want to ask just to see the response i get back and want to pay for a service from those who don't really want to provide the service, or charge their prices subjectively; Just saying.... I wouldn't even give this place a 1, But the 1 is worth being able to write the review.

As soon as I went in I asked the price of a pedicure. The lady at the first desk acted like she didn't want to answer my question. She gave me pricing for a manicure and then the price she gave me for a pedicure was different than what was posted. I live right down the street and tried to support a local business but I guess they don't need it!!!

Not social distancing with customers. Nails by Rose crooked and slightly uneven
