Convenient location but the most inconvenient times. Usually the people are great and I'm happy with customer service. However, they close very early now, at 7PM, which makes it difficult to shop here unless you're able to come during the day or right after work. They also closed their doors at least 5 minutes early today, and I'm annoyed because I was trying to do a return...but the doors were locked at 6:55PM, even though the store should've still been open, IMHO. It's why I don't come to Laurel Old Navy most of the time anymore.

Well, well, well! It's as neat as a new pin in here. But the sales? It's like playing a game of "Where's Waldo?" And as for the beloved sales area, it seems to have gone missing. But hey, they say the place is getting an upgrade, so I'm holding out hope for a glow-up. Change is good... right? ??♂️
