Incredible service. Had an SOS Control module go bad in a brand new VW Tiguan, straight off the lot. Took corporate VW a few repair attempts to approve the replacement, despite Ourisman knowing what it was from the beginning.

The service are friendly but when they need to help the people they do service with them being loyal to them they are the worst, I don't why care about money more than having long term relationships.

Just picked my car up from Ourisman Honda of Laurel. First off, their prices are absolutely insane. Wanted to charge me nearly $800 to change my spark plugs...a job I can do with literally no auto repair knowledge in about 20 minutes for less than $75. While their quotes are almost comical, that's not the main reason for my 2-star review. When I picked my car up, I found they basically tossed the entire interior of my car, flipped my sons car seat on its side, spilled out the cereal that was in the cup holder, and unplugged my phone charging cable and threw it on the floor in the back. This is so unbelievably disrespectful that I almost walked back inside to confront them about it. Decided the best way to handle their unprofessional conduct is to ensure they never receive another dime of my money and to post this review in the hopes others take their business elsewhere as well. The only reason I give 2 stars and not 1 is because I am a fair guy. Kris, my repair rep, was actually decent at talking me through the repairs. But even then, I'll never let this place touch my property again. I advise you adopt the same policy.

I had completed a 'build' of a CRV hybrid on the Honda Corporation website & submitted it to this dealership last weekend. I received an email from a sales associate, made an appointment and went to their store. In the interest of saving both he and I time, I told him that I was in the shopping phase for a mid-sized hybrid, and that I was only interested in a test drive at that point in time. As soon as we sat down at his desk he began asking about trade in, timeline, what cars have you looked at, etc. After a couple of back-and-forths I repeated that I ONLY wanted a test drive and that I was NOT interested in anything else. At that point he started getting personal, rambling on about me maybe not liking him and if I didn't like him, maybe he didn't like me...I'm paraphrasing here, but it was just utter, offensive nonsense. At that point, I got up, wished him a nice day, and walked out.I'll take a real hard pass on ever visiting one of their dealerships.Pro-tip...if you want to sell more cars, LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER.

The only option here is to leave at least one star to leave a review, so one star it is! I 100% DO NOT recommend Ourisman Honda of Laurel. They had my car for 5 months and this timeframe could have been a lot shorter. Aside from the length of time, they have the absolute worst customer service ever! They do not keep you updated, they do not call you when they promise they will after YOU initiate a follow up call and although they have had your car for that long, they manage to butcher your name on every call. My name is an extremely easy one too! I should have done my homework before hand and read reviews for 2 mins before entrusting them with my brand new car! The reviews arent lying! This place is terrible and I regret ever having my car taken there!

I was in communication with a salesman Avalon Scotland who sent me an ipacket for a pilot I was planning to purchase. I made an appointment and when I got there, the car was being sold. Avalon, along with his manager Robert Chen promised me another pilot was coming in and they would honor the price. I have texts/emails to prove it and the new "manager", Kris said those other two salesman were "confused", he even attempted to say it was my misunderstanding even though I showed him the text and emails. This is the WORST car shopping experience; complete waste of my time. AVOID this dealership and ABSOLUTELY avoid Avoln Scotland!
