Whenever we have my wife's 2015 Hyundai Elantra serviced at Ourisman Hyundai, we always receive outstanding service. The staff is always very professional, caring, proficient, efficient, courteous and responsive, especially Ellery Queen, the Service Advisor. The outstanding service that we consistently receive is the primary reason we continue to take our car to Ourisman Hyundai for scheduled maintenance checks.

Extremely poor customer service from used car sales. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had when looking for a vehicle. Definitely would not recommend.

I purchased my Hyundai Tucson hybrid from Ourisman back in 2022. I love my car, and I love taking it to Ourisman for service. Fast and great work from the team, and they return it to you with a fresh wash! Much appreciated.

I chose this location to lease or buy a new vehicle due to "mostly" positive reviews on various websites. That was a mistake, but I think that people's experiences will vary, and likely will due to your sales person and so forth. My sales person was mediocre at best, and once I leased a vehicle, unless he needed something from me, he has ignored text messages and emails when I needed assistance regarding the vehicle, literally, I think everyone or all but one was ignored (and it was several). A relationship, and yes even at a car dealership, works both ways. You do not just sell a car and then when the customer has questions or complaints, just blatantly ignore them - thus, strike one for the dealership. Secondly, some other persons that work in the dealership will also hound you for things that they need from you, but once again, if you need something from them, forget it; they lack communication between each other or just want to harass their clients, not sure which one it is - strike two for the dealership. Next, I went to pick up my plates for my car at the service window. I stood at the window while someone was actually AT the window playing on her phone and eating chips. I stood there for a few minutes before I finally said excuse me, I am here to pick up plates; extremely poor work ethic, disregard for customer service (in which car sales is a part of) - strike 3 for the dealership. The only positive light at the dealership given my experience, is one of the finance persons (a lady whom I will not mention by name); she is very respectful, timely, thorough, and kind; maybe if she ran the dealership, there would be less unsatisfied clients and there would be improved staff.Long story short, leasing my vehicle from this particular location was one of the worst decisions I have made. I have a long way to go to finish off the lease, but cannot wait for that day to arrive! I will not ever purchase or lease a vehicle from this location again (unless it was owned and operated by the outstanding employee I previously mentioned). I recommend when you go, you analyze the sales people as some may be great at their job, enjoy it, and respect their customers; on the flip side you have some that do not. Also, be prepared to be hounded if things are not perfect for them, but do not expect them to return the favor if you need something :) They will not bend the slightest to help you AT ALL, but they do expect you to be a contortionist if they need something. If I had the money, I would return the car and get one somewhere else. I know people have good and bad experiences at car dealerships, but this was my truly negative experience at a car dealership. First impressions can last a life time and make a significant impact on ones life, and this one surely did.Last but not least, my first visit to the dealership, I was disrespected as a disabled Veteran service member by some members of staff and management; that should have been my first queue to run away!BTW do not expect any answer from the General Manager, he tells you to contact him, see even in a response here, BUT he ignores all emails and phone calls; read reviews on Yelp and you will see how it is. These people are so unprofessional and unorganized it is beyond belief. I hope it has been reported to a higher up individual in the Hyundai corporate world. Worst experience ever in getting a vehicle.

I traveled over 100 miles to buy a Ioniq 6, RWD. Nick Cutlip was informative, helpful, and great to work with. It was worth the trip.

Nick Cutlip was my salesman. He was very courteous and honest throughout the process. He always promptly returned texts, phone calls and emails. If you go to Ourisman Hyundai in Laurel, ask for Nick. You won't regret it.

Great service yet again at Laurel Ourisman Hyundai. Efficient service and I don’t feel like I’m getting swindled. Work gets down when they say it will and right the first time which is super helpful. Pumpkin and the other service staff are super nice and she actually stays in touch. Thanks, I’ll be back for sure.

The service staff was friendly enough when I took my car in to have anti-theft software installed but my cell phone holder, glass break hammer, and a gifted bottle of wine were taken from my car while the repairs were being made. How ironic!

Really disappointed with the level of service I have received since my car has been in their possession since yesterday. I have not had success in getting in contact with anyone for clarification on what is going on. Again really disappointed.

Worked with Kevin Perla Torres to buy a jeep from the other side of the country. He was great, completely took care of every part of the transaction, grabbed me from the airport, and hooked me up with Monster for the road. Ask for him by name!

My wife and I dreaded going through the car buying process but Nick made it a pleasant experience. He explained our questions clearly and even confirmed some of our repeated questions to ease our minds. He wasn't trying to sell a more expensive model; Instead, he listened to our needs and provided us with a logical explanation to help us pick a right car for us. I highly recommend Nick.

So… I bought my Hyundai Sonata from this dealership Ourisman of Laurel and I have taken my vehicle here for service many times from 2012-2023.Back on June 13, 2023 I had made an appointment to drop my vehicle off for the “Anti-theft Software Update “. Long story short my car was vandalized in front of my home 11/13/2023 and I’ve been waiting patiently for repairs.I’ve reached out to Hyundai Motors of America, auto solutions team, Hyundai Consumer Affairs and also Ourisman Hyundai of Laurel.I was able to speak with a William S. On 12/9/2023, Who wasn’t very helpful however did state to me “there was nothing they Hyundai dealership could do to help me”, “the Lord will provide “ and also “that is what we pay insurance for” needless to say I did not have rental reimbursement on my policy.I lost my job on 1/2023 and am a single parent of two. It’s been tough these past 12 months.Ladies and Gentlemen I pray no one has to go through what I’ve been enduring with no recompense and no sympathy.I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again nor would I recommend anyone either.

Service Department staff treats customers horribly. Go to a different Hyundai elsewhere if you value good customer service. Pumpkin was awesome, but sadly the rest of the staff have a lot of room for improvement.
