Shaq-o-roni! Big extra large disappointment! Zero cheese if any at all on top of pepperoni - supposed to have extra cheese!!! Somehow a $13.99 ended up $50! With fees snd generous tip!

Feels like home every time I come here for food. For a chain pizza place that is saying a lot. Food is always good and drivers are always nice. Can usually expect a friendly experience.

Ordered 5 pizzas for a bday party at 1140 and they were all done ready to be picked up by 12. Quality of this branch is great. Better than the Pizza Hut and dominos in this area for sure

Went in to order because I haven’t had papa Johns pizza in so long and I couldn’t even get close enough to park there were door dash, grub hub drivers parked along the front waiting and when I parked down the lot and went in there were just as many people standing trying to pick up orders. The woman was asking for names of orders and I said I was trying to place an order and she said it was at least a 45 minute wait. I said no thank you and walked out.

First time order from this location. Pizza wasn’t delivered after an hour saying it was on its way. Next update showed as delivered. Called to check on the status and took 7 min 14 seconds to answer the phone. Was short and unapologetic saying my order was remade and on its way. Confused since it had been nearly two hours since I ordered I said id just like a refund. Asked my name and abruptly said you’ll be refunded in 2-5 business days and hung up on me. Classy!

Staff (girl) over the phone is friendly and informative. I'm giving 3 stars only for the fact that my I received my order after almost 90mins. I believe they are short on delivery drivers. Give them a chance I would say, sometimes we just need a bit of patience.

I just moved to the area and decided to give this location a chance. I was horribly mistaken to trust this location making an order for me and my wife. It has taken them over an hour to get my order to take out, but I and they made a mistake with the order where someone else picked it up or had it delivered. I do not recommend this location.

Ordered through the app, I waited an hour & a half before finally calling in only to hear that they cancelled my order without telling me or updating their system. The manager claimed she called me, I checked the number they had, it was right but I didn’t receive any message nor did they update me through the app. I’m now checking to make sure they don’t charge me

Placed an order last week. Estimated time 27-37 min. It took about an 90min. They dropped off the wrong food. Had another house number on the box,definitely not mine, kids wont eat it. Seal thing missing from 1 box. The manager Jefferson was nice. Offered to send the right food but I had to take the kids to sports so he just refunded the money. That's fine had a late dinner after it happens.Today called to place an order and was left on hold decided to drive there. Left on hold for 20 min and was hung up on just before I arrived. They said they were busy it would be 25+ min and u should call (pretty sure it was the same girl who put me on hold). I told them I did. I explained my wait on the phone and being hung up on and left.Decent pizza but if I can't place / or get the correct order delivered its useless to me.

Used the Papa John's App for the 1st time and my Order and Delivery was flawless. Was able to adjust Menu items to my liking and track the order per each step as it was being processed. Food arrived Hot, everything was what I ordered and arrived earlier than scheduled. Highly recommend the App!
