This nail shop and spa is one of the best in Laurel Md. They are very professional, clean, punctual, and my nails always look amazing when I leave and last the full 2-3 weeks or more. I’ve never had to return for a nail fix. Pedicures are top tier and your feet feel good when you leave!

Best and fave nail salon! I have been coming here for a couple of years and it is ALWAYS a CLEAN and pleasant experience. No matter who you get you will always be satisfied. And you never have to feel weird about wanting changes or speaking up. They are so patient and attentive. I love it here! ALL the stars.
AND they do lashes!

They talk about you which is soo rude. A customer came in a Saturday. She didn’t want the same tech that did her nails last time because they weren’t done well. She told the owner that sits on the right when you enter the salon about her experience. After the owner recommend another tech to the customer, the owner then started speaking a different language to her techs, and that’s when I knew who messed up the customer’s nails because the nail tech was cussing in their language. I had the language app on my phone and the things she was saying about the customer was so unprofessional, the nail techs were laughing. I would never return because of that.

I do not recommend this nail salon. I went in for a gel manicure and told the technician I did not want my nails cut down, only shaped. She smiled, nodded, then cut one of my nails. I was livid but did not create a scene. At that point she had to cut all my nails to match the length. Then she shaped my nails totally different from how I had them. These people do not understand English nor customer service. Take your business elsewhere!

Paradise Nails provides decent service, but my experience was less than ideal. While their work is generally okay, I am disappointed with their handling of dip nails. Instead of using the proper dip powder, they apply clear acrylic and then add a gel color coat on top. They claim this method is better, but it seems like a shortcut to save effort while still charging the full price. Because of these practices, I won't be returning.
Requested style: I requested dip. They did gel on top of clear acrylic instead.

I visited out of town and thought to get this place a chance. I am big on quality service and refer in town, family, and friends when a place has really good service. Unfortunately, I felt very ignored and rushed at this place. The guy who did my pedicure lied about being able to do the design I wanted and unfortunately my set didn’t last long enough. I had to see my usual nail tech as soon as I got back in town due to a nail breaking. I could also see they didn’t pay attention to detail. Usually, a good nail tech will look at your nail shape and make sure acrylic is applied to the entire nail. The nail tech left acrylic off of areas that led to a nail breaking
