Saved me from destroying my engine (oil leaked due to bad oil filter, I needed a tow to a mechanic). Juan was professional and very accomodating. Even gave me a jump on my other car (I was near my home and have 2 cars, the other needed a boost to the battery). Cool guy?

Juan was dispatched to tow my car. The car was disabled at a weird angle in the middle of a narrow street. Juan took exceptional care to ensure the vehicle wasn't damaged while being loaded on the truck. He called me later to confirm when the vehicle was dropped off at the service center. He was friendly and helpful during a high stress situation. I highly recommend Past & Present and Juan in particular. Thank you!

Although I was quoted a 75 minute wait the gentleman got to me. I wanna say 20 minutes very helpful friendly got me home safe. I would definitely recommend.

12 comes around oh driver an hour out
