Shannon, Jacob and the team were super helpful in a panicked time of need. I was traveling out of state, my car broke down and needed a new alternator and battery. They were one of the only places that had the parts, took me in and saved the day , all in the same day! I truly appreciate them for this!

I never write reviews but unfortunately I’m very disappointed with this location. I booked an 8am appointment for an oil change, got there 5mins early and the store was still closed. Saw two of their mechanics waiting outside. I stood waiting until 8:30am and no one has yet to come. One of the workers left before me and another customer had come by and was also waiting. Whoever is in charge needs to do better about opening on time. If the store opens at 8, shouldn’t you be there at least 30mins before opening to set things up for the day? This is my first time at this location and my last.
If you’re looking for great service go to The Lube Center which is about 5 minutes away. It’s first come first serve but they took me the moment I got there.

The fellows at the Laurel location are phenomenal. Personable and exceptionally helpful. I had to get a pair of tires replaced for a Honda Fit (hard to get and find without ordering) and they were quick and efficient in locating a pair and installing. I will be returning even though it is 25 miles out of my way. Stay safe fellows.

I have an old car that is essentially totalled with almost unusable breaks among other problems. I just needed the minimum amount fixed to make it to my business trip in 2 days as I am planning to replace the car in a month. Jacob understood the assignment and made my car safely drivable for the lowest cost and got it back to me in time for my trip. Thank you, I will be back!

My experience was great overall. I replaced all 4 tires and did an alignment. The only issue was the process took about 3.5 hours, which is about 2 hours longer than my typical tire change/alignment experience in the past.
Luckily, the team was very nice and kept me updated on the vehicle's status. Plus, the wifi worked perfectly. I would definitely do business at this pep boys again!

I only came to this location because I got a flat tire, and this was the closest place to where I was. I called ahead to see if they had time to take me. I had to get towed! I spoke to Jacob on the phone, who was very nice and let me know they'd be able to take care of me. Of course, being that i didn't have an appointment, I figured it'd take some time. It was just one tire that needed to be replaced. They told me it should be about an hour and a half since they had appointments. It was more like 3 hours, but in the end, I was on all fours again. Well my car! The price was fair! I can't say I would come back here on my own, but doing being this was an emergency, it worked out.
