Scheduled an appointment for a bath for my pup. Do not recommend for any grooming service. Poor customer service. Long wait for service, poor communication and service delivery. No one is ever at the cash register. The cuts are mediocre. Going with a mobile groomer. Recommend you do to, go with a brand who actually cares about your pup or animal and will give you the service you deserve.

I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service that Alyssa and Crystina provided to me. Their attentiveness and compassion goes above and beyond the normal customer service usually given. Their knowledge amazed me! THANK YOU two for helping me in my state of panic.

I love this location for grooming, my dog has been here many times and they’re always so sweet. If any issues happens they’re upfront with you which I appreciate!

I feel so dissatisfied with this store. I lose treat point $2 by returning water treatment because I found better price and I have not known it wouldn’t go back into my account after return. Cashier Dani didn’t let me know about that. She did ask me if I want to exchange? I said no because I didn’t think they have good live plants. I would go look before I said no to exchange if The cashier was helpful than. when I asked if she knew treat points not returning she said Yes. Is there anything you can help me with my next purchase( I was purchasing live plant at that time), said no. White lady came and stood behind and I was told “nope nothing we can help it’s gone. “ damn I hate this .

Will never bring my dog back, the grooming seemed rushed and half complete . I dropped my dog off at 1140 and she was done by 12!! The last time it took a few hours. When it was time to pick her up the groomer Keena wasn’t there and a manager had to go get my dog from the back while I went to pay. When I came back the manager had my dog in one of those blue collars and it was choking my dog while he was checking someone else in but when I said she’s choking he didn’t even acknowledge what I said. Overall I don’t feel like they handle pets with care here, I love my dog and wouldn’t dare bring her back. Highly would not recommend unless you just need something quick like a nail trim so you can see your pet while they perform service

This is by far one of the best PetSmart locations in the area. This store is always so tidy, well stocked, and has the most helpful staff I have encountered in a long time. When I am up this way shopping I make it a point to stop here for my pet needs. My cat currently has a litter box that takes a certain type of litter and can only use that type. Most places are either out of it or do not stock it. Each time I come here, they not only have it, but they have more than one bag on the shelf. Checking out is a breeze here as well as the staff run it smoothly and get the customers taken care of as fast as they can. Each visit and interaction I have had with them has made me want to come back here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE TO BE GROOMED, EVER. They were supposed to groom my dog but instead SHAVED her. They said she was too matted but they are so incompetent that they didn't even realize that she is a double -coated dog. She is a Chow and Chows are NEVER supposed to be shaved. They charged me for dematting and furminator, two services they clearly did NOT perform because they SHAVED her. Not to mention, it is winter time and they left her with NO hair. I understand that Chows are a lot of work but instead of taking the lazy way out, they should have called me and I would have just picked my dog up. WORST PLACE EVER. Never even got an apology from management

Grooming staff was very friendly and an appointment was easy to schedule (esp as it was a same-day appointment). The groomer who was booked did not complete the service and I do not know who the young lady was who did. Not an issue since I won’t be back either way. I paid extra for the deluxe spa treatment add on which includes a “better” shampoo and conditioner yet my dog looked as if she was never even shampooed. There was a lot of dandruff still laying on top of her fur. It may have been residue from their “cologne” but if that’s the case a professional groomer should brush it off before they return the animal to the owner. Additionally her paw pads were not trimmed even though that service was paid extra for as well. I could smell some stink on my pooch and discovered there was poop on doggie’s bottom. Again making me skeptical if the service I paid $64 for was even rendered. The bandana that was also paid for was missing upon pick-up…This was my first at LAST time at this location. I’ve used PetSmart Grooming a number of times and have never had a poor result, this was sad and a waste of my money. I recommend using a different location.
