If I could give a 0 rating to this nail salon, I would . A total scammers for the service I got a gel pedicure ( no massage) for $60$??The guy who did my pedicure, only put the gel to my toes, ridiculous!!

My daughter and I have been coming to this nail salon monthly for the past two years and have always had great experiences. I have recommended many friends and family to this salon because a good nail salon is hard to find! After today’s experience, I will be looking for a new salon. My daughter got a full set with gel on Sunday. Today, she simply opened a door and her whole nail popped off. I took her to have the nail repaired and was charged $5. I questioned the charge because it hasn’t even been a week, and the fact that the whole nail popped off with such ease leads me to believe there was an issue with the application. The receptionist, who was really sweet, asked the nail tech if he would waive the fee, and he simply refused. I totally understand a fee for a nail repair after a week or so, but after a few days? I think that is poor treatment towards customers, and is a true sign of greed. I had much higher hopes for this salon and am truly disappointed with the level loyalty they show their loyal customers. Do better Pro Nails.

Pro Nails is a beautiful nail spa! It’s decorated in a calm “beachy” vibe. They sterilize their instruments each time and each customer has their own pedicure kit each time. Very clean. They have a plethora of colors to choose from for your nails- from traditional nail lacquer to dip powder and all the things. I love going here and highly recommend this nail spa! Ask for Bella, you’ll thank me!

I’m unsure what’s going on at Pro Nails over the last year. I used to receive really great service but the last three or four visits there was always something that didn’t sit well with me. Things like peeling the gel polish off of my toes instead of removing it the proper way. Or they dipped/wrapped my fingers in the solution and had me wipe/scrub the gel polish off myself while receiving a pedicure. One time, I received a mani with regular polish and it had bubbles on every nail. I pointed it out to the tech and he said it’s supposed to be like that and walked away. Not to mention the multiple times my cuticles got cut too much and bled. I received a text message to submit a review, which I did, but I never heard from them. Really hoping they can works things out bc I really liked going here.
