I can absolutely promise you that these "5 star" reviews are fake. This is the biggest red flag of a car rental company. Please don't do it. I needed a car and they charged me for 2 days (minimum required) $143 + $300 deposit that wouldn't be refunded for THIRTY DAYS. This is 3 weeks higher than standard car rental companies but I needed a car asap and they were the only company open after 3 PM on a Saturday. This is where the nightmare begins. I was verbally told the price of the rental, only to see that the contract I was given was actually $80 more than what she stated. I asked her about it, and she agreed to change it. When she went to charge my card, the card reader couldn't print the receipt. Fine. They wanted me to write down my card number, expiration date, and 3 digit code on some random piece of paper AFTER they ran my card. I asked for what? They said "in case something happens". I declined and explained my concerns about the safety of my information as there were other card numbers in plain site on the two desks. The attendant spoke to the "manager" which I believe is her mom, and they agreed not to do it. I received an old Hyundai. Ok, fine, I can deal with that too. The inside WREAKED of cigarette smoke, the car was insanely dirty and every seat had water/fluid stains on it. The car couldn't have been cleaned in the last 6 months. Whatever, I drove it with the windows down to pick up a friend that was stuck on the side of the road due to their own car issues. I parked it in the apartment complex and ended up getting a different car rental company. I returned the car before the close of business but they ended up not being in the office during their google listed hours. They tried to charge me for the next day. Even though THEY closed early. I reached an agreement with the manager to get the deposit refund after I made my case. 30 days go by, no refund. 40 days go by, no refund, I contact the manager. She says she'll do it over the weekend. Weekend passes. Still nothing. I call again an additional 8 times. Every single time, a different excuse. They misspelled my name. They didn't have my card on file. I had parking tickets (which I INSTANTLY objected and they recanted that statement). 10 different phone calls and still no refund. So 60 days after the rental, I disputed with my bank. There was no response from the company so I got the $300 deposit back. One month later, they charge me $101 for "unpaid parking tickets". A complete LIE. And how convenient of them to have my card on file this time around. This was an absolute scam of a company with very poor office management, financial management, customer service, and car quality. No matter how badly you need a car (emergency), please do not consider this company. It's not worth it.

This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a rental company.The staff are friendly. The car was clean and had air freshener.No upselling or Gimmicks. Just exactly what I needed. I will definitely use this company againAmazing staff!Excellent experience!!Exceptional Company!!!

The car was filthy and smelled like the inside of a dirty cigarette. It was dusty and the chairs were stained. Additionally when I went to return the vehicle I had to wait (actually still waiting as I'm writing this) for the office attendant to come back. Pictures display what the office attendant wrote about the vehicle prior to me taking it out and the empty office during business hours.Also there's a $200 hold on my card for 30 days.Given the awful customer service and the smelly cars I wouldn't feel comfortable lending to my most annoying neighbor, I will never come here again. This business/ location needs to be gone.

This company holds your security deposit for 30 days, they say for any tickets you might have incurred during your rental. I was also charged a $300 deposit because I have an out of state Driver's License which is not stated in there business contract it says they charge this amount if you are under 25 yrs of age, a Baltimore County resident or have a Provisional License. The vehicle was a 2017 Dodge Journey with a check engine indicator light on, Tire indicator light on and over 117,000 miles on it. The guy checking me in stating it was $50 a day but then charged me $60 a day. I wasn't made aware I only saw this after he charged me. He also insisted I use the company full coverage insurance at $15 a day. What should also be made clear to consumers is that the Rent To Own option is strictly only after you have rented their car for two weeks. So waste money on the two weeks renting then come up with a down payment of 15% towards your Rent To Own. Which the price of the car varies whom you speak to, in this instance I was told it would be 11,000 total asking price again for a 2017 Dodge Journey with a check engine light on, Tire indicator light on and over 117,000 miles on it. It should also be said upfront the Rent To Own option is only for a Term of 10 months to pay off so your bi-weekly payments will be high over $450.It's also worth mentioning they still have paper files so your personal information regarding your rental is sitting on the desk or in the file cabinet.CONSUMER BEWARE! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! As mentioned these people are scammers.

As far as price they are cool. But they are unprofessional and try to get every dollar they can! We was given a Filthy car and I mean filthy as far as dirty and crumbs on the floor. Gave it back the way it was given to me. It was given on E but I didn’t use all the gas after I filled it so that was a 1/2 tank. And he still had the nerve to charge $30 extra because of the dirt and crumbs that was already there. So desperate for money it’s sad.

If you are looking for an affordable rental place with great quality cars. This is the company! I had a great experience with them. The customer service was great as well. The car I drove was great and it was very affordable. You definitely get what you pay for. Will be renting again very soon. Thanks again.

Worst place ever they rented me a car got almost a 1000 dollars from me only for me to be pulled over because they put dealer tags on the car and covered the dear part up with tape when the officer ran the vin # to the vehicle it wasn’t registered at the mva they tried keeping my money saying because I got the car towed... This place should be shut down immediately.

I was stuck in a bind and I am very happy that I discovered this place! This was one of the only car rental places that actually honored prepaid debit cards and cash!!! It's not located too far from BWI airport. The customer service was above & beyond! After looking at other reviews I was apprehensive about moving forward, however, the staff members reassured me that renting with them would be a great experience. I just want to thank Louise for her amazing customer service!!!
