I had such a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Imani. She was super friendly, welcoming, and made everything really easy to understand. Renting a storage unit can sometimes feel stressful, but she broke everything down step by step and answered all my questions without rushing me. You can tell she actually cares about helping people, and that made the whole process way smoother than I expected. Honestly, customer service like that is rare these days, and I really appreciate how patient and professional she was.
